Cristina is a calming and professional manager in their showroom, taking you carefully through options and alternatives without an ounce of ‘hard sell’, knowledgeable and welcoming (I wish that all showrooms in all industries could be such a pleasant experience). Their ordering and tracking processes provide great visibility + frequent updates. The detailed site survey and technical arm of the business falls to Cosmin; a consummate professional with many many years of experience across the major national brands, but - importantly - he doesn’t replicate their quickfire ‘sell sell sell’ approach. Instead, Cosmin imparts knowledge and balanced recommendations at all steps. End result? We have brilliant shutters, installed without a hitch and not a single blemish or hiccup along the way.
