My apologies that the rate for the sale of your Ugandan Shillings was below what you had anticipated. Unfortunately we are one of the only bureau's that accept the UGX outside of Africa due to the poor demand and supply quality. Thank you for highlighting that you were satisfied with the service. Yes we do not place currencies online that have a very low stock level in order to avoid customer disappointment. We go by a policy of underpromising and overdelivering.
