Mann Inc Recenzje

First class service- ordered Monday evening and arrived early Wednesday morning. Product( aviation skin ) is good, as one would expect. Means more to me as I had been looking for this particular one for some time ( and then got the last one in stock!). Very helpful customer service when I 'phoned on the Tuesday.

Item arrived on time
Exactly as described in the advertisement
I am likely to shop with them in the future when the need arises

Great pen & refills, fast shipping over festive period

Swift delivery, well packaged, and swift personal response to a query. Really recommended

After ordering I was kept up to date regarding the process of my order.
Speedy delivery earlier than expected!
Highly recommended company!

Holding my parcel for half a month but doesn't send to royal mail!!! No e-mail response for this case!!! Really terrible service!!!

Placed an order a week ago and items haven't been shipped yet. No contact off the company. I'm very disappointed in the service as I've done business successfully with them in the past.
Upate: after the mishap of last time they took great care of my latest order. The fault was mostly with the post office not leaving a delivery note.

I have made two orders both turned up on time and were what I purchased the delivery was fast and will do more purchases when the items are available

Mann Inc was the only UK supplier for the pen I wanted. This was the first time I bought anything from Mann Inc - the pen was delivered very quickly and was exactly as advertised.

Fantastic service from people passionate about penmanship!

Fantastic professional and friendly service, as well as really unusual products of great quality.
i would throughly recommend them and the products

I purchased Kaweco mechanical pencil and a tin box from them this month.
I made a purchase on weekend and on Monday morning it was shipped.
The delivery was super fast too. (Even though I'm living outside of UK, where the shop is located I received the package from DHL withing a couple of days.)
The quality of the item and the package itself was perfect.

Great service. Will use again!

Always a pleasure to do business with the nice folks at Mann Inc. They are nice, prompt, and always genuine in their consideration for their customers. Some of the exclusive releases they offer are some of my favorites in my collection. Rich & Kim are truly wonderful people !!

Love my new Retro 51 fountain pen, really great service from Mann and really quick shipping
