I am very disappointed. I watched a lot of youtube videos about Manicci products and they all looked perfect. So I ordered a set for my Audi A8. Of course mine wasn't even close to the perfect look nor to the pictures on the website. I have received the floor mats full of wrinkles and cuts. I thought it would get better but the cuts are still there after 3 months. It just looks disgusting. That's not what I paid for.
The other thing is Manicci says on their website that they are in Canada, but they will send your order from China!

Why are you mats not fitting? A8 models are popular for us and we sell many with zero issues. We need to see the cuts etc.

Where are your mats shipped from?
From our international based Manicci factory in Asia. Let us explain our operations a little further. We used to ship from our US based factory in California from 2014-2018. Production operations were restructured for the better in 2019 due to overall rising costs in the US. By implementing this logistics setup, it allowed us to reduce our labor, lease and operational costs without effecting product quality. This in turn allowed us to offer free worldwide delivery which is just as fast. Our actual materials for the mats are imported from Italy consisting of top grade materials sent in bulk to our Manicci factory in Schenzhen every month

To begin the product took over a month…
To begin the product took over a month to receive and once I got it there was no instructions on how to install it. So now I have a $200 floor mat set sitting in the garage. Waste of money wish there was a way to get a refund.

Your order was placed under the free shipping which is why it took a month and what we quote on our website. Times include production and delivery. Reminder the mats took 5-10 days to custom make from scratch. The express shipping was not selected at checkout, had it was the floor mats would have arrived quicker. Video link was sent when it shipped along with tracking how to install.

Not the perfect fit. But quality mat
Model: 2021 tesla model S. Delivery was approximately two months. The rear passenger and trunk carpets were not the perfect fit. But overall, they are quality carpets.

Hi Larry, Your mats delivered successfully and arrived 2 months from time of order under the free shipping option. If you selected Express Shipping at checkout the mats would have arrived in 3 weeks. Normally mats arrive in 1 month from time of order under free shipping but there are global shipping delays under the free shipping option beyond our control. Reminder your mats are custom made to order and took 7-10 days to cut assemble and box. Please also check your email inbox. 2021 Tesla Model S floor mats are a top seller and fit perfect so we would like to see how the install went with pictures and videos.

I think the use of a discount code to accomplish just front mats, eliminated being able to use a sale code on just front mats.
So that would be my suggested improvement to the ordering process.

These mats are absolutely fantastic! Ordered a set for my SL550 and completely changed the appearance of the interior. Excellent quality and exactly as described on their website. Standard shipping can be a bit long, but well worth the wait. Very happy customer!
