Such an incredible shoulder/back/head massage from Neo. Genuinely one of the best I have ever had. She consistently checked in during to see if I was comfortable and enjoyed the pressure used, and just generally made sure I had such a relaxing experience. The treatment ended with the most beautiful suprise of a sound bath which felt so beautiful.

I booked a 90 min full body lymphatic drainage massage and was not disappointed. I’d never had one before but Neo talked me through the process as she went and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!

I had a lymphatic drainage massage. It was my first time having a treatment with Neo. It was excellent from start to finish. I felt so much better afterwards and looking forward to returning for my next treatment.

Great massage

Came here for the first time and booked the Combo Package, which included a one-hour aromatherapy massage and a 30-minute facial. I left feeling completely spoiled.

Within minutes of starting, Neo recognised that I was holding a huge amount of tension and suggested switching to a deeper tissue/sports massage. I never knew I needed one, but I genuinely can't believe I've been living without it. Neo's experience and intuition are incredible, she seemed able to read exactly what my body needed straight away.

The facial was equally amazing. Despite being described as a "mini" facial, Neo made it feel like a full luxury experience, incorporating lymphatic drainage and TMJ massage. Every part of the treatment felt thoughtful and tailored to me.

I walked out feeling like a million dollars and can't wait to book in again. Thank you, Neo!

Amazing lymphatic massage, really knowledgeable and felt really comfortable

Myself and my daughter visited the mandala wellness Centre sat 23rd , we both chose to have the lymphatic drain and body lift, after reading a very positive artical about this type of massage we decided to give it a try.
On arrival we were greeted by the lovely neo who took us to the massage suite which smelt amazing.
essential oils such as geranium and lavender filled the air and the waiting area was softly lit with relaxing music playing quietly in the background.
It felt very welcoming and we were put at ease straight away.
The massage itself was fabulous and lasted a full hour neo explained fully what to expect and halfway though showed me the results of before and after certain areas had been massaged..I couldn't actually believe the difference of my leg ..it had changed shape as in there was no puffiness where there initially had been around the back of the knee and the ankle area, neo explained everything as she went through the massage technique.

The body massage was both relaxing and invigorating neo worked with ease and knew exactly where more or less pressure was needed, but always made sure I was comfortable with it first.

The face massage afterwards was the most amazing thing ive witnessed in any massage id had previously in the past,.half way through neo showed me the difference from the side of my face she had worked on to the other, and there WAS a difference too it was quite unbelievable it looked like id had a mini face-lift on the side she had worked on it was smooth and uplifted.

I can honestly say I will be returning to mandala very soon my experience was quite unbelievable, with fantastic results .

neo has certificates in all areas of massage all across the walls of the massage suite offering so many variations of massage I can't wait to return and try them along with my daughter and sister who all feel the same.
I can highly recommend neo for any type of massage but highly recommend the lymphatic drain and body lift for not only the visual transformation...but how energised You feel the next day.

Wow body lift and lymphatic massage… this was an experience in itself after reading up about the benefits for to kick start your everything I was absolutely thrilled with how I felt during and after this massage, NEO is an absolute master in her class, every part of my body including face and neck has been worked on with such professional techniques I’m still gobsmacked and feeling light as a feather just amazing, I would highly recommend if you and your immune system are feeling sluggish, what an amazing therapist this lady is, I will definitely be returning.

Excellent sports therapy massage. Neo is an amazing masseuse and really paid attention to the areas of meaximum muscle tension.

A very good massage today. I suffer from arthritis and slipped discs, the treatment was amazing! I feel that this really helped the specific problem areas as well as relaxing other muscles around.

This was the first time I had a buccal facial. I wasn't sure what to expect but I knew I had a lot of tension in my jaw. It was pretty uncomfortable at times, however, I felt so much better afterwards and my skin looks amazing and more firm. I will be going back. Also Nia was lovely.
