I made my order almost 2 weeks ago and…

I made my order almost 2 weeks ago and i haven't recieved any kind of updates.
When i try to put my order on the search bar it says it's unvalid.
I have tried to reach costumer service, but it's impossible to reach them out.

This experience is so frustrating,

Literally weeks items have not shipped several messages sent zero response from them basically I’m just out almost a couple hundred on stuff I’ll never get that I truly needed at this point I have little hope the quality/fit would be even good with this bad of service! Oh but I have received 5 junk mails a day promoting their items

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer service. I placed an order since May 9th it’s May 25th and my package has gone missing from USPS tracking site. Attempted to contact customer service from Mandala which responded with “we shipped it on time ,contact usps”. I expressed that even on the tracking link mandala sent you can clearly see the package had been stationery in one area for a week. They are refusing to refund me. 3 weeks after nil scrubs and $245 USD LOST.

Received garbage in mail and won’t refund me.

So disappointed with Mandala scrubs I used to speak so highly of them but such poor costumer service and they truly don’t care about their costumers. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for 2 days but they won’t answer my emails. I was trying to order a pair of scrubs from them my order ended up getting lost in the mail and was uncrackable for a few days got a notification that my order finally got picked up again received it a few days later and i received literal garbage in the box. I ordered a top and bottom scrubs on blue. I received a torn up dirty PINK lulu lemon shirt and some random pieces of metal and screws. Maybe this wasn’t Mandalas fault I understand that this was Fed ex’s fault but Fed ex can’t do anything for me Mandala needs to contact them to get reimbursed. All I want from Mandala is my money back but they’re ignoring me. I’m so upset. I wish I could post a picture with what I received.

Breach of payment by Mandala Scrubs

Dear Mr. Kaustubh Varma
This is Raju from Kanakam
I am writing this email with extreme disappointment regarding my long-pending payment against shipments supplied to your organization in August–September 2023.
As discussed at the beginning of our business relationship, the agreed payment terms were against delivery/payment. However, when payment was delayed, your team requested one month credit, and based on trust and professional commitment with Mandala Scrubs . I agreed to support your request.
Unfortunately, one month has now turned into more than two years.
Despite countless follow-ups through emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls, I have neither received my payment nor any proper response from your team. My calls are not being attended, my emails are being ignored, and there is no accountability from your India office.
Please understand that delayed payment is not just a pending invoice for a vendor. A factory runs on continuous cash flow. There are workers, labour, staff salaries, vendor payments, factory overheads, and daily operational expenses which depend on timely payments from buyers.
When a buyer blocks a vendor’s hard-earned money for years, the impact is severe. It affects business continuity, market reputation, financial commitments, and the livelihood of multiple families dependent on the factory.
While your organization continues operations, my business has suffered heavily because funds rightfully belonging to us remain unpaid.
How is a vendor expected to survive under such circumstances?
This is my final and serious request to release the pending payment immediately and share a clear payment confirmation without any further delay.
One more point I need to highlight that blocking my number is not a solution for you Amit Raj Singh Chawla founder of Mandala Scrubs
I have sent many mails to you to clear my dues but unanswered @kaustubh varma Founder of Mandala Scrubs
In case of no response or resolution, I will be compelled to take formal action for recovery of my dues through appropriate legal and industry channels.

Will never buy from them again. I'll pay more for Figs

The scrubs are nice...IF there are no problems with stitching or fit. However, their customer service is TERRIBLE. I am now stuck with a scrub top that I will have to have a tailor fix OR have no scrub top to match that color of pants. Their solution was to offer me $5 towards my next purchase...which will never happen.

Bought mandela scrubs 3x

Bought mandela scrubs 3x. The two times were perfect, nice scrubs with no issues.

Last order, missing more than half the scrubs (10pairs total), no customer support. If you want to take the risk, buy from them. If not buy somewhere else.

Customer communication and service sucks

I have ordered from mandala twice, the first order had 5 scrub sets in it, I ordered on or around March 28th, After a few days I sent an email to customer service asking why my ordered hadn’t been shipped out yet, they then proceeded to tell me all of the pants I had ordered were out of stock minus 1/2 pairs. I told them to just refund me for what I won’t be receiving as a full set. The most recent order was placed and confirmed on April 17th, I reached out about a week later to get any information on my order and was told the same thing my confirmation email said. Finally comes to now april 28th, they finally told me that all of the pants in my order are out of stock AGAIN. When I placed my order, everything I ordered was in stock, not only in stock but I got a marketing text saying that the new powder blue color was just launched, and I placed my order for it right then. So far I only hear from customer service once a day, and don’t get much help when they do actually respond. I would like to know why i’m able to order items that say in stock, but after i’ve placed my order and waited a few days it’s suddenly not in stock and I have to reach out to get any information about it? I feel like they should be reaching out if something went out of stock after orders were placed, and I shouldn’t have to just wait to find out. I wanted to give this company another try after the first time because the scrubs are so cute and comfortable but after this I will absolutely not be shopping from there again solely because of how bad the customer service experience has been for me both times.

Referral policy sucks!

The scrubs are okay, it is about the referral policy that sucks! I referred my husband and daughter to get few bucks off for our orders. It turns out that if you have the same IP address the referral link will not work. My husband ordered for scrubs as a gift for me, code did not work. My daughter wants to order too for herself and it says code invalid since we have the same IP address! We only have 1 laptop at home and 1 internet access though we have different method of payments. Why make referral this difficult!!!

Don’t buy your scrubs here

Don’t buy your scrubs here. “Scrub” says it all. Don’t believe the hype online. Ordered with all items being available. But after a week and a half waiting, they message/email me with a “your chosen size & colors are not available.” What kind of buying experience is that? Just like TLC said “No! I don’t want No Scrub” LOl. I’m sorry but I would not recommend. Maybe their scrub are well made and great, but the buying experience… It’s a NO for me dawg!

I returned two scrub tops in a single…



I returned two scrub tops in a single package. The return was delivered and accepted based on tracking.

Despite this, they only credited one item and charged me for the second as if it was never returned.

I contacted support multiple times to get this corrected and received no response at all—no acknowledgment, no investigation, nothing.

I DID however receive an ADDITIONAL charge for the price of another scrub top after returning the two scrub tops.

I have proof of shipment, delivery confirmation, and documentation of my attempts to contact them. I am currently being charged for an item that was returned, with no communication from the company.

This reflects serious issues with both their return processing and customer support.

LOVE these scrubs!

I honestly am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I love all of my scrubs, I haven't had any issues with shipping. I knew that a few items I had purchased were not returnable, as they were final sale, but that was made clear on the site. Everything else I've had to return for sizing reasons have not caused any issues. I love the colors, the styles, and I get tons of compliments. I've only really been wearing them and washing them about three months, but I have 6 sets and rotate them regularly so they're not breaking down quickly. I'll follow up in 6 months to update how they're looking then.

I’ve had trouble returning my items

I’ve had trouble returning my items. I’ve left several emails and have not gotten a response . Do not buy from this company if you’re not sure of your size. There is no number you can to speak to a person. Only email. Now I’m stuck with two uniforms that doesn’t fit!

Worst customer service

I have been a loyal Mandala customer and have purchased multiple pairs in the past. However, after my most recent purchase I will no longer support this business. I ordered a pair of scrubs recently and upon receiving them, the top was completely different from the one I ordered. I contacted the company via email (bc there’s no phone number) and they told me to start a return process and that the top I wanted was no longer in stock so I had no other option but to choose a size up. So by this point I’m very frustrated because of an error made on their part, I had to go out of my way to return an item I didn’t order and wait even longer for the top (which wasn’t even the size I really wanted). So I asked what they could do to make up for my inconvenience, maybe a store credit or discount code for future purchase… and they literally told me no, there was nothing they could do. Needless to say I will NOT be purchasing from this company again and I will continue to warn as many people as I can about their horrible customer service.

Mandala customer service is really bad

Mandala customer service is really bad! I would not recommend this brand to anyone. I exchanged some products however it's been 3 weeks not received any email. When I ask customer service, they keep sending me template answer that does not answer my question. Very frustrating and very poor communication.

Horrible customer service

As much as I love their scrubs and the material they use, I have never been so disappointed in a company's customer service. I received the wrong item in my order and had to go through a lengthy process to prove it before returning it for what I was actually supposed to receive. They then sent me the wrong size which I informed them of as soon as I saw it get adjusted- but then was told it was too late and had to repeat the process once again before returning it. Though out this 2 month process I moved, and they sent the order to my old address after I informed them weeks prior that my address had changed. The last order was never received at my old address and after waiting and checking everything I could, I let mandala know and they were incredibly rude to me. They ended up sending me a replacement top but made me feel like this situation was entirely my fault.
