I ordered 2 complete paint sets. The picture and description state "complete paint set"on their website. I did not receive any paint. when I contacted them, they told me paint is not included. After going back and forth with them a couple of times, they have stopped responding to me. Their website still shows same information. Buyer beware!

Same experience as everyone else — ordered in February 2021 and never received anything. Repeated email contacts have resulted in excuses and assurances that they are looking into it and I will receive a tracking number in short order. Of course that never happens. Not have I been able to cancel the order or get a refund. I wish I’d checked here first. Man, I hate being scammed like this! It was an expensive lesson.

Ordered some items from this company. The ordr came, but only had a quarter of the items. Complained to them, but they never replied, tried several times. Eventually opened a Paypal claim to get my money back. Not worth ordering from these people.

I ordered this weeks and weeks and weeks ago and still nothing. I get a computer generated email when I reach out. The email is ALWAYS the same. We will send your tracking number when items ship. I have asked for a refund and get no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! BEWARE!

I placed my order in Feb. 2021 and still have no product. Email inquires, interestingly enough, are responded to but not with any satisfactory resolution. I’m told the tracking number will be sent within the hour, nothing. I’m told Covid has slowed things down, nothing. I’m told a refund is impossible because the 30 day time frame has expired. And now I’m reading that others have had the same experience. Avoid this company at all costs. It is definitely a scam.

I ordered the Mandala paints and kit 20th Feb 2021for one of my granddaughters birthdays, like the other reviewers I got no tracking number, no goods, I emailed to ask for an update and keep getting emails back telling me it is the fault of Covid 19. After 8 weeks I don't believe it. After refusing a request for a full refund I was told my complaint was with the management team, a further 10 days later ... nothing.

This is a company of morally bankrupt scammers, DO NOT PURCHASE from these people.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star – but I can’t write a review without giving them a star.
Ordered a Mandala set from them which has never arrived – no shipping/ tracking number was ever supplied (as promised) and now they won’t refund me my money as it outside their 30 day refund policy! It’s a scam – don’t buy from them - snake oil salesmen!

I ordered a set of paints and mandala stencils in February 2021 it finally arrived in March missing paint and stencils. I have emailed several times and got nowhere. No answers no chance of getting money back. Do not order from these people they are scammers.
