I used Mancini legal for my conveyancing as I bought my second house I was dealing with Mr T. Ulfat he done all the appropriate checks and paperwork correctly and keept me posted on any new updates. I needed to know about Mr ulfat is highly, highly recommended he definitely knows his job. The whole process went through so smoothly. He is very, very experienced in his job. You’ve tried the rest now try the best.

Would not recommend using this firm. I had a basic conveyancing case, 5 years later I find that my property has not been registered with the land agency. The firm are not interested in taking any accountability for this. Very poor.

I used Macini legal limited for the sale and purchase on my house move this summer. The whole process was very easy from my initial contact with them to completion. Throughout the process mancini was always contactable by email and phone and replied to emails swiftly. There were a few hold ups in the process prior to completion caused by my buyers initially and then with the purchase of the property I was buying but they dealt with it all perfectly and was able to reassure me and keep me informed of what was happening on a daily and sometimes hourly basis!
I would definitely recommend Mancini legal limited if you want a reliable and competitive local solicitor who will endeavour to ensure as your move goes as smoothly as possible
