Pricing lower than other quotes with extremely high quality window with good timescales from order to install. Fitting quick and importantly tidy the house was left looking perfect. Thank you!

Great company to deal with, always kept me informed throughout the process. The door itself looks fabulous, from the inside it compliments my new kitchen and from the outside the colour is bang-on trend and looks very secure. I am very happy with it! :O]

Really happy with the windows. We had a small issue with one and it was immediately rectified. I’d definitely recommend.

I have used MWF on two properties now, most recently a large project consisting of 13 windows, 2 sets of bifold doors, French doors a sliding door and a wooden front door. They have completely transformed our house and the service from Alex, Danny and Ash has always been fantastic from start to finish. The fitting team are a dream and always start and finish on time. I have recommended MWF to two friends that have used them and they were very pleased with the results and service.

We recently had a number of windows and a crittall style door fitted by MWF. The service from start to finish has been superb, from our initial visit by Danny to the brilliant work carried out by the fitting team and Ash and Alex at the office. Mick and Jack were brilliant throughout and also when it come to sorting any final snags. Would highly recommend.

Really pleased with the finished product - we had several new sliding sash windows installed to replaced some very old single glazing and the difference is night and day. They look great and have made a huge difference to heat retention and noise exclusion in the house. Guys who did the install were prompt, polite and tidy and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Nice and easy to deal with, helpful service and good quality windows and installation. Very pleased.

Visited the shop and agreed what was required. Then spent months waiting as there was a delay due to a part. Had windows done with numerous issues whereby agreed appointments saw no shows, we agreed for a 3rd party to fix damp below a window who corrected and correctly installed the window. Despite MFW's agreeing to pay for the work, we have been chasing them for weeks to pay us the invoice. Over-promise and under deliver.

All round great service from MWF - it’s only been a few days since my windows were put in but everything from obtaining a quote to installation was professionally and perfectly managed. They managed to slot me in 6 weeks earlier than originally quoted which was great. Well managed from obtaining the quote to installation- the fitters were clean and tidy. No problems and would highly recommend.

I saw MWF online and assumed they would be out of our budget, then a colleague said they used them and that the prices were good and quality was great, so I reached out for a quote. MWF were half the price of the national brands and it meant we could afford to get a little more work done.

We went for upvc in the end, and were nervous that we weren't really able to see them in the showroom as flush and aluminium are the more popular option these days, but they look great and modern. Danny also had plenty of examples from previous fittings they had done which helped us choose our design and feel confident enough to book them in.

They've just finished our installation and we love them, they've made such a huge difference to the look and feel of the house. The fitters are friendly and courteous and sorted out any tweaks we requested promptly. I'd highly recommend if you're thinking of going with them.

Had two windows and french doors fitted. The quality of the finish is great. There's a marked thermal difference between the new glazing and the old. The fitters were great and very easy to have in the house.

A bit early to judge the efficiency of the installation but both the windows and doors look great. The installation team itself was very professional, on time, tidy and helpful. Very little mess which was cleared up at the end of each day.
Office staff were efficient and very helpful. Basically a very positive experience.

Excellent service, right from the start, when Danny came to give us a quote through to when the lads turned up to install the windows. Ashley was fantastic throughout the whole process, and any issues he sorted out straight away. Fitters were excellent, clean and tidy and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything before they left. Cannot recommend them enough and would definitely use again.

Great customer service from MWF. Visiting the showroom to see the window types was helpful, with a follow up home visit to confirm choices and go through the plans. The installation team worked really well, they were prompt and kept the house tidy during the work. Contact with the office was good with emails/calls answered quickly. Overall MWF were very professional, we're really happy with our windows.

Had four windows replaced in an old house. One very old wood and the others all old uPVC. They were fair on price, windows arrived exactly within estimated time frame, turned up with four on the day early in the morning. Sheeted everything and put down floor protection. Good clean installs no mess left. Would recommend.
