Manchester EPC Recenzje

I had an EPC carried out on Wednesday the 19th November 2025 and I promptly paid the invoice in full. It’s been four full working days and I have still not had my energy performance certificate sent to me. I have emailed and called as well as text and no reply back. I would appreciate some response but to date I have had none. If I don’t get what I paid for in good faith I will have to take the matter further and ask for a refund.

( Updated Review – Issue Resolved)

I originally left a 1-star review because, after my EPC inspection on 19 November 2025, I paid the invoice immediately but received no certificate and had no response to calls, texts, or emails for several days.

Update:
After posting my review and following up again, Manchester EPC contacted us and resolved the issue. They explained there had been a system glitch and the certificate has now been properly issued and lodged on the government register.

While the initial lack of communication was disappointing, I appreciate that the matter was eventually sorted out. I’ve now updated my rating to reflect that the issue has been resolved.

Thank you for addressing it.

Fast friendly service.

Everyone else was offering 3 day turn around while with manchester epc it was done within 24 hours of me booking the appointment.

The Engineer was very professional, polite and answered any questions I had.

Could not recommend more.

I will definately use them again in the future.

This was a good experience carried out in a professional helpful way. Any questions were answered clearly and well in a very efficient and excellent manner. The report was excellent.

Efficient, professional, helpful.

I have been a client of this firm for several years, and I consistently find their services to be professional and prompt. They are always clear in explaining the steps necessary to enhance the EPC rating.

Great service, prompt and courteous, was inspected next day,
And report drafted quickly.

Very efficient and professional service. Happy to recommend.

Great service, I was called within my scheduled window to confirm the arrival time. The appointment took 20 minutes and we received the certificate within the same day.
I appreciated the quick turnaround, the preparedness - bringing shoe covers and that it was a smooth process.

First time I use it but done in very professionally

He was friendly and helpful and he came when the appointment was for no problems at all

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service from Muhammad at Manchester ECP
He was very professional organised everything with the tenants the report was done very quickly communication excellent have used Muhammad before and would definitely use him again.

Excellent and timely communication with Muhammad. I needed an ECIR and EPC and they were done within a week. Will use their services again.

EPC WAS ARRANGED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS REQUIRED, KEYS COLLECTED AND DROPPED BACK THE SAME DAY.

Very efficient service - phoned to make a next day appointment. Showed up on time and the visit only took 10 minutes. Report was uploaded online the same day. Much cheaper than what the estate agents were charging for the same service - 50% less. Would recommend and use again.

Had a SAP report done, great service, done in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend. Many thanks

Your accessor was easy to work with and very fair in his assessment of my girlfriend’s apartment.
Within a few hours a draft EPC was issued which I accepted and the official EPC was issued later that day, nothing to fault at all.
I would highly recommend Manchester EPC to carry out and issue an EPC.

Rang Friday, epc carried out Monday
Highly recommend thanks 🙏🏻

I noticed that the EPC for my house had expired. I contacted Manchester EPC. I am impressed by the way that they arranged to survey my house. We agreed a date and time. The surveyor arrived on time. He told me how long the survey would take, and the areas that needed to be inspected. I would highly recommend Manchester EPC. That same day I was sent a preview of the EPC. I agreed with it and I was issued the EPC. Fantastic service.

Great service as always.
I have used Manchester EPC numerous times over the last 7 years. Always efficient and available.
