Every job arrives fully equipped at no extra cost, including a Magliner pneumatic sack truck, an Evo Super piano skate, Shoulder Dolly lifting straps, a 450kg-rated Sealey access ramp, a Makita cordless impact driver for rapid dismantling, and quilted transit blankets. ​House Clearance & Rubbish Removal We provide licensed furniture disposal, sofa removal, garage clear-outs, and general rubbish removal. We operate a strict "donation first" policy, working with Age UK at Gypsum Close to rehome usable items. For waste that must be disposed of, we use licensed commercial transfer stations. For clearances, we offer our standard hourly rate plus actual tip fees and a 10% admin charge for complete transparency, or a fixed-price £103 "Micro-Clearance" for up to 3 items within Leicester City.
