Decent experience with the products , can do better

My skin feels nourished and not irritated even after prolonged use

They didn't deliver the products but charged money and customer care is also a fraud. Simply fooling customers

I ordered online - but they market fake delivery attempt.
Their customer care was also very rude.
Please do not buy online mama earth

Naseem and her colleague at phoenix mall kurla were very very rude and unprofessional.
the other lady was lazy dint want to get up from her chair dint help inspite of asking questions

So I've been receiving spam from their website since this morning saying I had placed an order and that it is being shipped to me (at some unknown address). Not sure if any of their systems have been hacked, or what's going on. I never actually placed an order here.

Maine mamaearth ka baby shampoo liya tha bachche ke liye. Product toh accha hai natural hai koi smell bhi nahi hai bachcha bhi use kar leta hai. Delivery jaldi ho gayi thi 2 din mein

I order some products on 28th August 2025, They cancelled and did not refund my money, after so many follow up today they sent a message that it will be refunded in 7workinfg days

Customer support system is very bad. I am tired of sending messages to uncle. There is no reply for my order. When will the order arrive? The order date is 3rd but today is 18th but my order has not arrived yet. Very bad customer service.

Products were below par quality. No genuine organic product to use.

I genuinely love Mamaearth’s products—the formulas feel gentle yet effective, the fragrances are mild.
However, the applicators and overall packaging need work.
1. Lipsticks – The product quality is great, but the lipstick often breaks midway, making it hard to use further.
2. BB Cream – It’s an amazing product with great texture and finish, but the applicator is quite small. When the product is about to finish, it becomes almost impossible to get the remaining cream out.
3. Eyeliner – The outer packaging tends to come off, leaving just the brush in hand, which makes application very difficult and messy.
4. Caps of all baby products are generally broken
Suggestions: move to sturdier, travel-friendly packs; improve mechanisms; add tamper-evident seals.

Overall, I’ll keep buying because the products themselves are excellent—but a packaging revamp would make the experience perfect.

The worst customer care i have ever seen. Doesn't respond, at time. No coordination Doesn't care abt customer really really started hating the service n product even if products can be good its valueless if they don't care abt customer. Personal opinion:While buying product from mamaearth think 100 times n then buy.

One of the worst experience with so called million dollar company. Please be aware about the latest scam i encountered with. I had order two products from mamaEarth through paytm. The delivery was supposed to delivered on 19th June. I called mamaearth on 22nd and ask the status of my delivery they have no answer and i request them for refund. Again, 2 days i receive message and email from Shiprocket mentioning the product is out for delivery. On 25th i again call and ask the status the rep said they could process the refund once it is out for delivery.

Caution: your money is blocked, MamaEarth refuse to make the refund when it is out for delivery, Shiprocket is good to send "Out for delivery" email and paytm chatbot i believe every one have had experienced.

The issue is these so called funded startups proclaim that we are best in the market but the truth is they have no sense what actually customer service means is. It doesn't matter how big they'll be, if this is the attitude of startup than its a shame to have such company and humans behind such fraudulent attitude.

I had ordered around 8-10 products from mama Earth first of all my delivery was delayed second all the products that came were used leaking and some were even missing I have ordered from mama Earth many times before also and they came decent but this time that quality was so bad that I definitely am not going to order again I told them and ask for replace and they just ignore my word

Worst delivery service. My order was cancelled by itself yet the status was showing processing even after 8 days . Their email response is all automatedand no solution has been given. I will never order again.

I used your rice water face wash it is just worst than my expectations after using it my skin becomes very very dry and ichey and even it lefts my skin darker rather than glassy I am regretting after buying it I am sorry to say but my experience was waste of money after buying
it .
