I first came to know about MNC Academy through Instagram. I started exploring their Instagram and YouTube pages to learn more about NHS application writing and interview preparation. Using just their free YouTube videos, I prepared and submitted two NHS applications to the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, and I was shortlisted for interviews for both roles. One of them was for a Band 4 Private Administration Coordinator position.

At that point, I realised I needed more personalised guidance, so I enrolled in the interview preparation and mock interview session. After seeing many success stories shared on their social media pages, I felt confident that this was the right team to support me.

From the beginning, Hasmi was incredibly supportive. She contacted me, explained everything clearly, and coordinated the entire process excellently. She provided all the necessary study materials, including question-and-answer PDFs, interview resources, and arranged a mock interview with Yadhu Sir.

I took time to go through all the provider notes, practised the materials, and also listened to the recorded interview sessions. Those recordings were extremely helpful because they allowed me to assess where I stood and identify areas for improvement.

The mock interview with Yadhu Sir was one of the best parts of the programme. It lasted almost two hours, and he patiently listened to every answer, starting right from my self-introduction. His feedback was highly personalised, constructive, and practical. He corrected my approach, highlighted my strengths, and helped me improve my weaknesses. Most importantly, he gave me the confidence I needed.

On the day of my interview, I was calm, relaxed, and stress-free. I had already attended seven interviews before this one, but this was the first interview where I walked in feeling genuinely confident. Interestingly, many of the questions asked in the actual interview were very similar to those covered during the mock session.

I was successful and received an offer for the role.

I had taken MNC Academy’s Interview assistance preparation for a Band 3 Medical Secretary role. The guidance kit encompassed of Videos and preparation documents which I found to be instrumental for my Interview . The materials gave me insights into the structure of the Interview and insights into the role that I was able to apply in my Interview. Overall, a positive experience.

After joining the NHS, I was keen to progress further and started preparing for Band 4 opportunities with Yadhu’s guidance. He supported me with interview preparation, shared valuable advice, and helped me understand how to present my skills and experience effectively. The preparation and knowledge I gained during this stage became a strong stepping stone for my future growth.

Later, when I had the opportunity to attend a Band 5 interview, I realised that all the preparation and learning from my Band 4 journey had already built the confidence and skills I needed. I am delighted to say that I have now secured a Band 5 Business Operations Support Officer role within the NHS, just seven months after starting my NHS journey.

I truly believe this achievement is a combination of my own hard work, dedication, and willingness to learn, along with the continuous support and encouragement I received from Yadhu and the MNC team. Their guidance gave me the confidence to aim higher and believe that progression was possible.

What makes Yadhu special is that he is not just a mentor who helps with interviews—he has been a great friend who genuinely wants to see people succeed. He has always been approachable, supportive, and ready to guide me whenever I needed advice.
