DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND. I have no idea why they brand their stuff as "hand-made in small batches" the corset that i received in xxs was larger than my friend`s xs. no one replies in customer service at all. Emails ignored for weeks, until you chase them on ig. Moreover, the eyelet from my corset came out from the fabric. After much chasing the finally refunded me after sending back my item with NO email replies though they said they ll "investigate" and get back to me. LASTLY, if you didnt already know this is a trending pattern of their founder Helena Busch. She used to own 'mixed gals' now known as 'cherie attire'. QUALITY WAS AWFUL for ridiculous price points. When it was still Mixed Gals, their comments section on their post would be FILLED with complaints, items not dispatched, emails not answered etc. And they have deleted all these posts and comments. Nice designs but sadly pulled down by it`s owner`s management.

I wanted to share my experience buying from the brand mali marea to help educate future customers. To date, the brand owes me over $3,000 across 10+ items. These orders span across four months. Additionally, they owe several of my friends thousands of dollars amounting to roughly $5,000 USD. We have all tried to email their customer service team with no reply. We have also DM’d them, emailed several DIFFERENT email addresses, and have also commented on individual posts. We are now resorting to a reporting the brand to our banks in an effort to recoup money. The “founder” of the brand is continually vacationing in exotic locations while accepting orders that never ship. They are on their 4th collection now - none have shipped. It’s unethical.

This website is a scam they delete many instagram comments of people complaining not getting orders for months.

I bought a dress from them, it took a little while to come (they are slow fashion and make each item to order, its not super clear on the website and initially when it took a while I was concerned but then I reach out on insta and they responded) and it is STUNNING! so beautiful, you can tell its been hand made with care.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the dress the fabric was quite delicate and there was a fault. I reached out and they immediately sent me a new dress!

I do find they are response over insta but will action but maybe not respond via email. I just wanted to add my experience in case anyone else stumbles across thi page with a similar experience/not sure what to expect.

Like so many others i realised why this company does not have a review page. After spending $300 on a dress and $60 express shipping 2 weeks later no dress. I have sent 3 emails, no one has responded. They delete any bad reviews and questions on social media... girls AVOID THIS SHOP IT A SCAM!!!
