Extremely unprofessional staff .I booked my tickets on 2 of June paid them full money via bank transfer and told by them i would receive my e tickets in few hours but nothing came i call them so many times they keep saying within few weeks they’re going to send me my ticket but after few days mr abdul rehman started ignoring my calls i used to ring them 6 to 10 time a day but they won’t pickup the phone. I got the number of operation manager mr tahseen he told me i will get the ticket by 12 of july if not he’s gonna refund my money back but its 1 of august now i got nothing from them don’t buy tickets from them

A first time experience with kids for umrah.
The staff went above and beyond to help make this trip comfortable for us. From flights to hotels, transportation and ziyarats all amazing, best experience ever. A big thank you to Shoaib for being so helpful providing Visa’s on time giving the extra information needed. I would definitely recommend this company as i have shopped around they offer the best deals and are extremely reliable i have already booked another trip with them for December inshallah.

Very disappointed
This company is cheating on booking a hotel taking money for 5 Star hotel issues a fake hotel voucher nothing booked you have to pay extra money to hotel for new booking.
Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone and message, I received no response. This lack of customer service has left me feeling frustrated and annoyed.
Please do not book for Umrah or hajj or any holiday big cheaters
They prove they are Pakistani.

I am absolutely furious and deeply disappointed with the way this company handled my pilgrimage experience. At first, everything seemed fine, but once payment was made, it was nothing but a constant struggle to get any information. Details were drip-fed to us, and we didn’t even receive our visa until the very last minute, despite being repeatedly told not to worry.
We paid a 5-star rate for this trip, expecting top-tier service, but what we got was far from that.
The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars because the accommodation in Makkah was acceptable, and the transportation was managed by an independent company with their own communication channel. However, the situation in Madinah was beyond unacceptable. We were placed in a filthy hostel with hair in the shower and toilet, no towels, dust everywhere, and old, dirty bedding. It was a completely unclean and uncomfortable place to stay.
To make matters worse, we were told about a last-minute hotel change while we were already in the lobby after being dropped off in the late evening — no prior notice, no care or concern. When we raised our complaints (with time difference they had enough time to sort it), we were completely abandoned. No effort was made to resolve the situation, and we were left feeling helpless and ignored.
What’s even worse is that we were traveling with young children (ages 2, 6, and 9), and yet there was no consideration given to our needs or comfort. After paying SO MUCH money for what was supposed to be our first and special experience in Makkah and Madinah, we feel completely let down, abandoned, and taken for granted. We ended up looking for our own accommodation in Madinah at extortionate last-minute rate for our own health and safety (that cost alone could have paid for another Umrah trip).

I am beyond disappointed and angry at the complete lack of care and organization. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We will not forget how badly we were treated in Madinah, and I sincerely hope no one else endures the same miserable experience especially when you are out there to focus on your worship, one shouldn’t be worried about how poor the accommodation is when one pays so much money

I am really, happy the service provided by Huzaifa.very honestly I was in uncertain situation with my visa for KSA.I was using another company for my visa to KSA.they wasted my 2 weeks and i was running out of time to catch my flight .Luckily I found Huzaifa online to sort me out in with my visa.I was going through with stress full condition.
