I recieved my hoodies faster than expected and they are super cute. I washed them before wearing them. The color did not bleed or fade.

I ordered a shirt, very cute but it bled when I wore it, before I even washed it. I contacted customer service and they were very apologetic, asking questions and asking for pictures for reference. They claim to be sending me a new one.

A very cheap, thin t-shirt that will definitely shrink with one cold wash. The "personalization" are iron decals that will not last in one wash let alone in the dryer.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR

I ordered 3 t-shirts on 9/27/2024. I have not received them. I sent an email through their online form to check on my order. As of today, they have not responded. I tried to call the phone number they listed but received the message that "the person I was trying to contact was not available". I am totally frustrated at this point. They have processed my payment but, I still do not have my order or any response from them.

The product ships directly from China, causing a long delivery time. The low quality of the fabric is prone to serious lengthwise shrinkage; the small size I ordered is now a very short, large size.
Highly advise everyone to save money and take a pass on this site. I don't see how this aids dogs here in the USA.

Ordered a shirt from this company, chose my size from the chart, personalization, and color. Shirt came after a month wait (foreign company) color was not accurate , size was off, and customer service was awful. They kept stating that their size chart was available to me, I used the chart and the size was still off, I know what size I wear! I should have known better…. They offered me 30% off next order, useless, because I will never order anything else from them again. Beware!

I have bought 3 tops from make a dog smile and I love them so much. Great quality and great designs. I will be buying more soon. I highly recommend.

Tried ordering a shirt as a gift and donated 10%. Within a blink of an eye, I received a fraud alert for 3 additional purchases I hadn’t authorized. Buyer beware!

Just a Girl who Loves Dogs-Beautiful shirt! Was touched that I was able to put a halo on a recent fur baby loss and include her with the pack. Great quality, sharp printing. Wish they had this shirt for guys!

It’s SUPER thin. It’s cute, I just wish it was higher quality. A little upset as it won’t keep me warm for fall, it’s more of a spring/ summer night hoodie. The personalizing is cute, I just wish I had saved my money for else where to be honest. It won’t let me post my pic of the loose thread before trying it on. I got a pink medium sized hoodie with my puppy on it. Thanks!

I am not ordering from them so I am making my review neutral. However, after reading the 58% of 1 star reviews about size tags being cut out and tracking showing them coming from China...hmmm. I have to wonder if this is just a scam with a nice "we help dogs" message in order to get sales. Where is there anything that verifies they are actually really helping any animals? Not saying these are not decent products, but the sales tactic seems a bit sketchy. Preying on animal lovers with pretty wording seems more like what they may actually be doing. Could this just be a TEMU shop in disguise? If this is a legitimate "pet funding donation" site and not just a sales tactic, then someone from the shop SHOULD be responding to all of these negative 58% customer reviews with explanations for the rest of us to see. Seems they are a lot of talk but not much on caring or follow through once you have paid your money. Think about all of this before supporting this shop. Just saying.....

I ordered a sweatshirt that I believed was made in the US. When I checked the tracking number, it said China. The sweatshirt does not have a tag to confirm the size I ordered. It is snug. It’s also thinner and thus I would not recommend it for cooler weather. I’m giving it two stars because the graphics were as seen on the Ad on Instagram and the names of my dogs on the arm were correctly spelled and printed. I would not use them again.

This is a great idea but receives a failing grade for execution. When you choose a hoodie, you want it to feel soft & cozy! This one is probably the worst quality fabric I have ever had the displeasure of wearing. The size tag is cut out & there is a funky smell emanating from it.

I was afraid to order but I loved the sweatshirt so much, I decided to try. I received my order quickly and it was exactly as ordered. I did notice that I originally had entered a white sweatshirt in large and when I added to cart it said khaki xs. There's obviously a glitch in the cart. I changed my mind and ordered pink which added correctly. I would recommend double checking what the site says your entering and what the cart lists before you hit buy.

It's a lighter material (which made me happy) and I don't know that the print will hold up to multiple washings, but it's adorable for now.

I purchased with Afterpay to ensure I'd get the hoodie I ordered. I ordered in navy blue in size xxl. I received the hoodie within 10 days, but it was no size xxl it was more like a large. The size tag on the collar was obviously cut out and the washing instruction tag is written in Hindi, according to my translator app on my phone. The garment is hand wash, very thin hoodie material. I'm disappointed that I won't be able to wear it the way I wanted, but the print and customization is great and hopefully it actually does go to a great cause (dog rescue)! If this truly is an American company, then why outsource to a Chinese company?

I'm still waiting for my sweat shirt it's been probably 6 months now. I gave up after contacting them several times. Then I happened to see a Facebook add again put a not so nice message and low and behold they message me back. Well finally I thought we got it all resolved and I would be getting my sweat shirt. Told me it has been processed like before and it was sent out for shipping like before. Well it's been over a month no sweat shirt. It's out in transit blah blah blah when you try to contact them they send a stupid generated message. And Don't respond then I messaged again a stupid generated message again and then finally someone responds and give bull crap garbage lies about how product will be there it's in transit. I'm contacting the BBB and making a report.

If I could give one star I would. Stay away from this company. I live in the state of Florida and when I saw the address as 3901 NW 79th Ave in Miami Floria 33166 I thought ok, these are good people trying to help dogs. Well there is not Make a Dog Smile in that building and also they are not on Sun Biz. Then when I got my tracking number I was surprised to see what I ordered is coming from China? How horrible they are taking advantage of pet lovers. I lost my lab recently to cancer and not only thought I would have a nice shirt, but I also donated a blanket to dogs in need. I am sure I sent extra money for nothing and that no dog in need is going to get a nice blanket. When you call the phone number 1-775-996-0215 it does not work so that is bogus too, I wish these types of scammers would get caught so they do not take advantage of others like they did me. I usually review companies before I buy from them but when I saw their website makeadogsmile.com I really thought they were a good company. Shame on this company.

The shirt I ordered does not match the sizing chart, and it does not fit. The length measures a size large, the shoulders XL, and the chest 2XL. It is definitely not true to size. They say if you are not happy, they will refund your money, however, their offer to me was 30% off my next purchase. What? I can’t even use this purchase!

This was a birthday gift for our walker/co-parent ... but I couldn't wait to give it to her. She loves it! Lightweight but good quality hoodie, it has FOUR dogs on it, mine, hers that died three years ago, another dog that regularly goes on walks with them, and her sister's dog. Printing is top quality. Now everybody wants one!
