Make has completely empowered our business to operate as though we have multiple departments with many employees, considering we are a 2 man business. By using Make and the integration with so many other products and services we can now achieve this.

Do not even try this! It is not for unexperienced programmers. You will need a lot of coding knowledge just to even get started. On top of that you will get charged for every little thing you want these bots to do. So when you buy a so called lifetime access from Sintra you will get zero in return. Sintra takes you directly to Make and then you will need a 3rd account on Open AI which charges more money. This is one large money making scam! If you want to speak to somebody actually working for this bunch, just forget about it. Keep far away.

I have never encountered such an appalling customer support experience as I have with Make (formerly Integromat). My nightmare began with John from their customer support team, who initially responded but then blatantly ignored all my follow-up messages. This neglect continued with Milo, who also failed to provide any support for nearly two months.

In desperation, I escalated the issue to the CEO, thinking that surely, the highest level of the company would care about their customers. To my utter disbelief, the CEO also closed my ticket without offering any resolution or even an explanation. This blatant disregard for customer concerns is nothing short of scandalous.

It's clear to me that Make (Integromat) operates in a completely unprofessional and possibly fraudulent manner. Their lack of support and outright dismissal of customer issues indicates a company that does not care about its users.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away. They have proven to be unreliable, untrustworthy, and utterly incompetent. Don't waste your time and money on this scam company

The user interface is great. I like this company and it's amazing to see make.com start to become popular.

Your app is so awesome. I'm not the only one to recognize this. Nobody these days in E-commerce dropshipping and others can do without Make. Have been trying to connect Netsuite with Klaviyo. Need to talk to sales in order to even begin building the connection. I have sent multiple requests for sales to contact me to discuss an enterprise plan, but after over a month I still have not heard from anybody.

I am even more frustrated by the fact that when looking for available integrations on behalf of my client there is never a mention that Netsuite is a premium app and requires an enterprise plan.

Unfortunately, we've been waiting over 1 month for any response from their support. We've reached out multiple times and nothing. Their "support" section is just standard documentation and there's no clear way to get real human help beyond that. Normally we wouldn't write a negative review, but this has been the most frustrating and exhausting experience for us and we don't wish it on anyone. We're not even sure if there's a real person on their side that will see this review. For a website that looks polished and professional, it is a deceptively terrible experience.

We have been waiting for support to get back to us for over 2 weeks - this company is a joke. Our web agency suggested to use them to integrate our forms - our website forms are all down and no one is answering our enquiries. If you are given a choice, DO NOT USE them.

Recently, I did create an automation for a professional Facebook page messenger. That was amazing. The ability to connect Chat GPT completion with Messenger and other applications on a daily basis to be available 24/7 for clients it's just amazing.

With Make I built a system in Clickup to track projects for a law firm with 8 employees, 2 in-house and 10 external lawyers and many more external partners.
Although it was difficult to learn the platform (I had almost no prior knowledge of such tools), today almost all the necessary actions and functions of the system are automated.
