Malcolm is the best and most professional plumber we have ever had. He figured out our boiler issue and get it fixed very quickly. Cannot recommend more!

Waking up on Christmas Eve to no heating or hot water is a disaster. But thanks to Maintracts, our Christmas is saved. Really prompt and friendly service, offered initial video assessment and then fixed the boiler the same day (which on Christmas Eve is pretty amazing). Senior Heating Engineer, Mathew Lip, provided a five star service.For 2 years I have had problems with the hot water supply.Matthew was courteous and managed to problem solve and re-route the hot water supply, resulting in reduced times for receiving hot water from 1.40mins to 20 secs.
Matthew has more than 30 years experience!

Matthew was exceptional. He was on time, was very quick to diagnose and then worked very hard to rectify some tricky issues with old pipes etc. would highly recommend him!!

My washing machine was leaking. They came extremely quickly, earlier than originally said, and were so helpful and polite. I had Toby come help me and he was polite, explained what was going on and sorted the issue for me.
