These guys are amazing, they helped me with a watch recently and provided a service way beyond my expectations with excellent communication at all times, I can’t praise them enough

I recently purchased a very expensive Audemars Piguet from Mainspring Watches and I’m absolutely thrilled with the whole experience.
From the outset the team were friendly, professional and clearly passionate about what they do. When I mentioned that the strap felt a little small, they didn’t hesitate — they sorted a replacement and then hand-delivered the watch back to me within a week. They kept me updated every step of the way with constant, clear communication and were just genuinely nice people to deal with.
It’s rare to find a dealer that goes so far above and beyond, especially with a high-value piece. The service felt personal rather than transactional, and I couldn’t be happier with both the watch and the way everything was handled.
Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was put onto Mainspring by a friend who also had an awesome experience with them. I made constact through Whatsapp and received an instant response as well as full information and instructions. The invoice received, payment made and a long chat with Tristan ensued. Tracking was given, package delivered and then a follow up to see if all was OK. 11/10 or 6 stars for both Mainspring and my Seawolf.

So nice that there are still UK companies who:
1) answer the phone quickly and politely,
2) answer questions honestly,
3) do what they say they will do,
4) keep in contact with the customer during the transaction process.

I have only praise for Tristan at Mainspring Watches who dealt with my query, and then purchase, swiftly and professionally but also in a friendly manner. Fully intend and hope to use again!

Tristian could not have been more helpful made buying process super easy I even managed to drop the watch I’d had it for 2months I sent it back to him he got it fixed sent it back all at no cost to me can’t recommend enough nice thing as well they own all there stock and nothing on consignment all I can say is buy with confidence you will not be disappointed

Absolutely superb. Tristan was excellent - my only regret is not being able to have dealt face to face! I traded a piece for two of Tristans watches - one of which wasn't even advertised, I'd simply expressed what I'd like in my first communication with him.
