I placed a huge order and when it arrived some of the paints were dried out. On top of it, these were gifts to do with my hard of hearing students so it was very embarrassing but also a good life lesson to teach them how to figure out the problem.

Paid but never received. The tracking link refers to a sketchy chinese website thats says my package will be delivered in April 2022... pretty sure its a big scam;

Ordered 3 PBN-items as a gift, paid over 17€ for express delivery within 5-8 days. It has been 14 days and nothing has arrived, according to tracking updates, the packages are nowhere near beind delivered. The gifts would‘ve been needed for tomorrow, therefore I have no use for the items anymore. I reported this case to PayPal, I hope to get the money back. According to a lot of reviews here, this shop should be investigated. Many positive Reviews are accounts with just one review, which is kind of sketchy, could be fake reviews.

I had a great experience with Maiko and their customer service! My dog decided to get into my kit and ate all of the instructions. I reached out to Maiko 6 months later and they provided me with new instruction within 24 hours.

The quality of the canvas is amazing and helps so well with paint coverage, paint is good quality! And customer service is top tier!

I’ve had a really great experience with Maikoo’s customer service. I had received some paint that unfortunately had dried out and also not quite enough. Maikoo responded to my inquiry quickly and sent me new paint. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly buy from them again

Arrived exactly as expected and I’m living painting by numbers. Ive purchased my own brushes as well as the supplied ones. The tubs of paint look small but there is enough to finish your paintings. Customer service was excellent.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a month ago, I was sent a tracking number and told it was shipped.

I then reached out for a refund, they told me they will cancel the order and refund (have not received any confirmation or the money!)

Yet, I place the order over a month ago and it was in fact not shipped!

After seeing the reviews of the watered down paint and the fact they are stealing artwork from artists, I would recommend avoiding at all costs - unless you want to be scammed

Absolutely loved this paint-by-numbers kit! The colours were vibrant, the canvas was high quality, and every section was clearly marked — super easy to follow even for a beginner. I found it really relaxing to work on in the evenings, and the final result looks like a real painting you'd buy in a store. It’s now hanging in my bedroom and gets compliments all the time. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free creative project!

I bought the cutest paint by number canvases from Maikoo and they are my favorite I have ever gotten! The quality of paint and canvas is perfect and customer service is amazing

I received this paint by numbers set for my birthday..it makes a great gift! The brushes that are included are great quality, so it makes it easy getting into all the little spots. Love it!

I purchased three of the paint by number products and they're way better than what I was expecting, and it's actually been really helpful for mental health and relaxation. I'd recommend purchasing the premium brushes with the order as I found personally they were easier to use. Would recommend.

Not sure why they are receiving bad reviews as I have had a fantastic experience with this company. I am currently doing my 5th painting as I enjoy them so much. They are made very well and are as sold, great for presents. Also great customer service, I recommend ordering

They were very helpful when my initial package failed to be delivered they sent a new package as soon as I reached out.

I bought a set for my family and myself, and we all love it. The paintings turned out beautifully, the brushes were very practical, and the paint was high quality. Even though it took several weeks to complete, the paint didn't dry up, which was great. The process was truly stress-relieving, and the canvas was excellent quality. I'll definitely be buying again! I highly recommend this to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about this website. Firstly it is such a great idea. It has become a new hobby of mine and I find it so therapeutic. The quality is so good and really well priced. I get so excited every time I step back and see what I have achieved. I keep coming back and most recently have ordered a personalised photo image which I am going to gift and I can't wait. The communication from the team re photo image quality and delivery has been EXCELLENT and I really respect and admire their attention to detail and professionalism.
