Mark and Cheryl have been absolutely outstanding. From the outset, Cheryl was knowledgeable, and helpful when arranging our snagging inspection, offering clear advice and guidance that gave us real confidence in the process. On the day, Mark was excellent — courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way, and his attention to detail was exceptional. The report Mark provided was thorough, easy to follow, and delivered promptly, clearly outlining all issues identified. We couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service provided.

Nothing was to much trouble and Mark even accommodated my dog coming back from her walk, my dog doesn't take to kindly to strangers in the house and Mark was able to inspect the lounge first, so my dog could go straight through into lounge and not be disturbed. Mark really did create a calm environment. I would highly recommend the company. Absolutely brilliant.
