Turned out ok in the end
I was initially disappointed with the standard of a shopping trolley purchased and requested a return. However the company were apologetic and offered to accept my return, even waiving the return postage. I did in the end decide to keep the trolley just for the bag which then transformed my existing model!

Hopeless delivery service but well packaged nice bowl
Parcel delivered to wrong house but not recovered until following day and hopeless chat helpline in India which cut off twice. Happy with item itself and its packaging - when it eventually got here.

We haven’t bought new kitchen knives…
We haven’t bought new kitchen knives for a long time and to see they don’t come with points on the ends was great. I don’t know if this is a new thing or an old one but there’s a feeling of safety with them. They’re still very sharp on the cutting side but they don’t have a feeling of “dangerous weapon” about them. That might just be my opinion and no one else’s. They’re a beautiful knife and the block that holds them is beautiful too. Always guaranteed a great package when you buy Viners.
