Very strange company
Very strange service. It began with the purchase of the device from this company in October 2024.. When the device was brought, it turned out that sometimes it freezes, it is necessary to reboot, not often but it happens (no one answered me about this problem from the service, well, there is an employee who wags and overloads it) and that it was possible to install a receiver for paper money. Good. I wrote to the sales manager that I needed a receiver. The manager sent to the service department. The service department said that you can install but you need to write to the manager. OK. I am writing to the manager. The manager writes yes ,its possible to order. And.... disappears. As a result, it feels like they are deeply indifferent to the client.
P.S. Same to spare parts. Its problem to get invoice... So, think twice to buy here. There is a lot of other factories,who really care even if you aren't big business owner.
P.S.S. I was waiting for 6 months before write this feedback. No reaction from Magic Play unfortunately.
UPD. One year gone... still no any reaction from Magic Play. 😁 I tried contact them at least 6 times for this period.
