Easy to book, and access with a helpful team who try to fit the space to your needs

I have been working with Magenta approximately since 3 months. They are absolutely perfect. All stuff are very helpful and kind. They deserve 5 star.

Will and Shah from the Botley road branch were SO helpful. We needed storage ASAP for a table that we couldn't fit through the front door of our new house. They were so accommodating and kind throughout the whole process of storing and vacating.

Our questions were answered thoroughly and clearly. We were able to talk to a person, a rare thing I'm finding. RJ was patient and friendly and always available on the phone and over email. He made it easy for us.

The site was always clean and avalable for access. The staff where helpful, friendly and the cancellation process was simple and quick.

Fantastic service every time I speak to the team, in particular Will. What a star! Thank you for an A1 service.

It should be clear on the website thought that 24hr access is an additional cost as this wasn't clearly explained.

I’ve been with Magenta for a few years. Whilst their prices have gone up over the last couple of years, I cannot fault them on their customer service. Their desk staff are polite and helpful and on more than one occasion have gone out of their way to help. Two incidents spring to mind: 1. When I was locked out of the out of hours access to my unit, one call and they set about resolving the issue and in a matter of minutes I had access . 2. Providing documentation for tax reasons, I had the information provided within the hour. I can’t express how impressed I am with the customer service. The staff are well trained, friendly, supportive and kind. In todays age of automation and robotic call centre responses, this is so refreshing. I highly recommend Magenta storage for anyone who appreciates good service and quick response times.

Fantastic site to rent storage. I’ve been using this facility for a while now the members of staff are fantastic here they are always happy to help.

Cameron and the team at Magenta made it very straightforward to book our storage unit. As we needed to move in on a Sunday when they are closed, Cameron was able to register me remotely and provided detailed instructions on how to access the unit ourselves. Moving everything in was very easy!

Excellent customer service at reception, good facilities and flexibility on the part of the team to adapt to our needed rental period.

The staff at Magenta Reading have been fabulous - very professional and bent over backwards to help me when I was let down on several occasions with transporting my stuff. Very much deserve their 5 stars.

Clean, secure storage facility with easy access, which we used to simplify the logistics of a 'downsizing' house move. Very reasonably priced. Staff very helpful, including initiating refund after we left.
