I have bought a few plugins from them
I have bought a few plugins from them, and my recent experience with MageComp was a disaster. I bought SMS Ultimate and OTP Login plugins from them.
1) Both the plugins are not well tested as you will face issues like
a) different variables are used for both plugins, even though both come under the same SMS notifications
b) same options available in both plugins, which will lead to confusing users which will be used
c) improper heading used for SMS templates
Example: Update OTP Custom Message Setting in their settings which means Update Mobile Number OTP
d) you cannot save unless you configure all the templates, even if you used them or not, and there are no options to turn the templates
e) you cannot save the option tab by tab unless you configure all the settings
f) there are many more bugs
2) I was disappointed with the support answers as they were irrelevant to what I asked. It seems they want to answer to close the ticket.
MageComp team, please do QA for your top-selling plugins and ensure they are compatible with each other with a proper heading that is easily understandable by all users.
A 1-star review does not means I am not going to buy from you again. This review is to get your attention to improve your QA and improve your customer support with proper answers.
Update: They have sent me a merged module. But still there is a problem as I cannot get regular updates as they did the merge manually for me and I have to reach them out everytime for new update.

Excellent custom optimisation service
I asked MageComp to help increase the speed of my online store. They were very helpful and professional and the optimisation was made withiin a few days. Now my insight / lighthouse scores have massively increased. Also the communication was quick and they gave some great advice for my website. I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic support
Recently we bought an extension from Magecomp and run into issues of it not working as we hoped. The support team worked with us and made adjustments to the plugin until our issue was fixed. We are very happy with the results and will come back.
