I created an account but was disappointed and confused by the user interface. As indicated for such cases, I could write a email to cancel my subscription. But I didn't get a response. I also chatted with the bot, not answer, nor a person. I tried to cancel my subscription in the team settings page, but also there the "Cancel Plan" doesn't work on no browser. People are not answering.

Magai.co does a great job keeping my AI projects organized above everything else it can do I appreciate that the most I hated flipping through 20-30 projects trying to find the right one that has the prompt I was needing. Now I have separate workspaces, personas, and prompts and can grab what I need when I need it.

The consumption rate is very exaggerated it is a fraud

I found Magai whilst looking for a multi account AI subscription. I couldn't understand the pricing against the usage. In my usual form, I took it to X (Twitter) to ask for info. I was ratty and tired and the back and forth between myself and Magai boss/owner/ceo, whatever, was less than ideal. However I awoke to a message from him, one of humility and being the bigger man. Even offered an olive branch, which I accepted.

I am so glad I did, now I use Magai daily, I am experimenting more and more and getting more from AI thanks to their FB group and the fact that they continue to add more (top level) AI models.

This guy and myself actually message each other a couple of times a week, back and forth on random things. This is the owner of Magai, not a pretty receptionist I'm flirting with, not the delivery guy that I've got to know, the owner. We are on different continents yet we now connect regularly. This came from a terrible initial conversation, a man that showed humility and now I'm a very satisfied customer (and I know I am a very hard to please guy).

If that is not the ultimate in customer care, I don't know what is.

Oh and Magai is actually brilliant too! Video AI, Image AI, fresh AI models appearing fairly often, group on FB so you can ask, learn, share and bounce ideas around too.

Navigating through the platform is a easy, too. The menus, dashboard, and saved prompts are user-friendly. Plus, the word usage allowance is perfect for me, especially for my small business marketing tasks, crafting small guides, or even diving into Bible studies.

At the time of this review, they’re also offering an AI Academy for free (a $300 value), and I can’t wait to explore what it has to offer!

I recently used Magai to help me with writing copywriting to make a checklist about how to clean my house in an entertaining way, due to having ADHD. It was such a cool experience and i got to create and choose different personas, experts in the AI field ie. expert copywriter in order for the copy written/their suggestions to be in line what the content that i was looking for. It was such a useful tool and i highly recommend it!

I've tried many, many AI generation sites and this is by far the best. It offers all of the major LLMs, and they are constantly updating them. For image generation, the7y offer a wide range of options, including some models that you can get in other 3rd party sites.

Extremely happy with this choice

I confidently subscribed to this service. It's a super cool tool, but unfortunately, the dashboard is extremely slow, which is really frustrating. The consumption rates are also absolutely outrageous. API usage should normally be very affordable; I had the $30 plan, and after just half an hour, I had already used 30% of the monthly allowance. This is practically unusable if you intend to use it for any serious work. I hope they quickly improve the dashboard and fix the consumption issues because, as it stands, this service is essentially worthless.

Generative Al powers my company. I use it daily for SEO, market research, copywriting, conversion optimization, and marketing strategy. I NEED to switch between GPT, Claude, Perplexity & others because each LLM has its pros and cons. It can be challenging to do so. Don't even get me started on pasting all the custom prompts/ personas this & that way, because these tasks aren't just cookie-cutter prompting; they demand experience, nuance and TONS of training knowledge.

Most third-party Al products don't help this. While they have a "secret sauce" training library — the Ul can be overcomplicated. Makes it ten times WORSE for someone who is not neurotypical, an auDHD freak like myself who thrives on simplicity, elegance and most of all - hyperfocus.

An SEO tool introduced me to Magai. It is the best genAl interface I have ever used - and I don't say that lightly after using about a dozen different products. While I still use the ChatGPT and Claude interfaces regularly, Magai augments them to accomplish sophisticated tasks with much less effort. Not only can you generate, save and reuse a single custom instruction set (persona) across conversations, and switch personas on the fly, the interface is extremely intuitive and user-friendly.

- The Ul is CATHARTIC. Simple, intuitive, hyperfocus-friendly. A breath of fresh air amidst all the cluttered and overstimulating interfaces.
- Instantly switches between most of the major LLMs - GPT-3.5 to 40, all the Claude models,
LLAMA, Google Gemini, Dall-E and Leonardo. All in the same conversation.
- Ultra-simple and intuitive interface. Lets me pull out saved prompts in just 2 clicks.
- Quickly generate and save custom personas.
Instantly switch between custom personas (custom prompts/instruction sets).
- As the old ChatGPT cliché goes, Magai truly "unlocks the potential" of all the LLMs in way fewer clicks. I feel like a king using it.

** CONS **
- Some of the Al models can be buggier than in their native environments, Claude 3 Opus for example, but it seems to be getting better. These guys stand behind their product!

Great AI tool. The chat has access to multiple LLM's and agents. You can create images also. You can set up separate workspaces and folders, and also use a document when engaging in the chat so you can copy and paste as you go. Great feature. Really liking this service for sure.
