What an amazing company cannot fault them, ordered 2 pairs of toddler socks and the fairy ones had a very slight bit of damage on the wing, sent a picture within an hour I had a reply that this amazing company will send out another pair of socks of my choice honestly cannot fault this company and the socks are just beautiful. I was initially sent the wrong pair of socks, but got sent the correct one within 3 days and also got to keep the one they sent originally for free. Awesome customer service.

MADMiA have now updated their website to accurately show the materials used in their socks, and they refunded me in full for my order. I appreciate that action being taken.

My original issue was that the product information on their site was incorrect, and the first response I received put the problem back on me rather than acknowledging the inconsistency. That part was disappointing, especially as I try to support Australian businesses — particularly those run by women.

Now that the website reflects the correct details and the refund has been processed, I’m leaving this updated review with three stars for the customer service resolution.

We have 5-6 pairs of madmia socks and there are beautiful, kids are so excited.The material is soft and the colors are amazing even after several washing on 60 degrees socks are the same ❤️ It’s wonderful gift for any child 🤩

MADMIA products are amazing! They truly offer one-of-a-kind socks you won't find anywhere else.

No matter what size you pick, the fit is way off. Everything runs ridiculously large. Quality-wise, it’s honestly no better than something you’d find on Temu, but the price tag is about ten times higher. Similar dresses on Temu are around $15, yet Madmia sells them for $150. The designs look cute online, but in person they’re cheap and disappointing. Definitely not worth the price.

My daughter has been wearing MADMIA socks since getting her first pair as a gift in early 2023 and she still absolutely loves them! The designs and colours are so cheerful & eyecatching and they wash and last so well. She gets compliments on them wherever we go and she often asks to get them for her friends as birthday gifts now too.
This year we have also tried MADMIA dresses, shoes & a bag, all of which have been of the same high standard of product - comfy, colourful & happy.
I’ve already got another MADMIA bag hidden away as a Xmas gift for my daughter, which I know she will love adding to her collection.
