If you want an purchase to ruin you day and days to follow, oder men’s shoes from this company. First of all, the shoes sent can’t be classified as shoes, not only is there no leather, the insoles are falling out before even trying the shoes on.
Forget being able to return the shoes to the address on the shipping package (Vernon, CA.), the company instructed me to return them to an address in China, at my expense. I didn’t make the purchase in China. And there was a “guarantee of satisfaction”.
Speaking of customer service: THERE IS NONE. YOU WILL NEVER TALK TO A PERSON OR RECEIVE A PERSONAL RESPONSE TO YOUR EMAIL. if I had not gone through the DISPUTE department with my credit card company, I would have been scammed out of my money. I still have the defected shoes and if this company wants them back, they will have to pay for the return shipping.

First of all..my only critique is that i did not know if these were mens or womens shoes..(sizes). It would be nice if there was a sizing chart on the order. I LOVE my little boots...they are so comfortable and the stitching is so nice! Lovely. My order was timely and my questions were answered promptly. Gr8 Job Everyone! Efficient courteous and great Communication
Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect size . Have to return them and get larger fit .
The zip sides are more to the back which makes the foot difficult to place in boot .
Also the tag that is used to assist you to put the boot on is far too small . It needs to be three times what it is .

Well I would not recommend this company! I now own 4 pair of shoes the wrong size, and yes they did send the wrong size. I now have $400.00 of shoes I can not wear so how happy do you think I am! Just don't buy anything from these people, as soon as they get your money they don't care if you get your correct shoes or not! JUST DON'T BE THERE!

Warning - Returns to China cost more than shoe!
Ordered the Harvard Shoes - look very nice but I ordered a size 10 for my husband even after using their measurement advise on the website - shoes were too small still. Contacted company and was told to ship them back but to CHINA!! The shipment is going to cost $70.00 - more than I paid for the shoes!! Nothing on website mentioned this in the return policy and even the phone number given is a US #. Don't buy from Madixa!! Very deceiving!!

Absolutely Pleased with my purchase.
I was absolutely pleased with my purchase. I was a bit apprehensive when I read the negative reviews. However, the boots were delivered within the scheduled time and it feels really comfortable on my feet.

We ordered these shoes and were told…
We ordered these shoes and were told that they would arrive on time for a wedding. They didn't so we chose to return them. Come to find out that we needed to return them to China and the shipping costs were almost as much as the shoes. Nowhere in the return policy does it state that they need to be returned to China. Beware!!!!

Here is the good, the bad and the ugly. The leather boots look nice and stylish. Only they are not leather. That's number 2. Number 3 is that if you get them and they don't fit, they tell you to send them back. Problem is you have to ship them to China at your own expense-$100 in my case- which is more than I paid for the boots. They won't give you a break, even if in my case the sizing error was THEIRS. Do not buy from these people.
