This is the worst selling site ever. Not easy to navigate people need to join to like or view your products . Posted items for sale and couldn't even find them . Tried the Facebook page no success . Decided to cancel next month's payment thinking that this month would just run out but no they cancelled my account straight away can't seem to get through to customer services. If you are like me and not the best on computers this site is not for you.

So far not so good! Really liked the concept but my god it was such a faff with linking up to Stripe! Once id sorted that out i went to list my first item and boom i got locked out 🙄 nothing was out of line (lip balms) so god knows whats happening all i can think is thank god i only paid £5 instead of a years worth!!!

The worst platform as a seller!
Very rudimentary platform, it takes much more work to place any listing. Useless if using a mobile to set up the listings, only option is to set each item using the PC and still it's not good.
No replies from the customer support team. Impossible to get any replies from them. Once you pay your subscription (I did a year one) you are completely stuck!!!
For what I have seen, they don't even reply to this negative feedbacks!

I have tried contacting their customer service through several options and still have had no contact from them about my refund. Shocking customer service

I felt I had to respond to those saying it’s difficult to set up. I’m no tech wizard but I found it straightforward and efficient and I’m excited to have my first shop on a British based selling platform. Everyone starts somewhere, even Etsy did, but for £5 a month, I’m happy to start here and push my shop myself! I will probably use other platforms too but I like this so far. I’ve yet to experience a difficulty and see how it’s dealt with but hopefully it won’t come to that. Happy so far!

It took me a while to set up and post items to my shop but now I’m up running and have made a sale to date.
I did have a couple of issues that needed addressing but on contact with MadeMe via email I have received excellent service.

This is a great web site for buying and selling a wide range of goods. Something for everyone. I set my shop up last month and have had a few sales. It was easy to set up, it's the first time I've done anything like this.

Super cheap way to sell your handmade products, especially if you link your Made me shop to your social media platforms. I love that you just pay for a set subscription fee and only 1.4% payment processing fee + 20p per product, meaning you can share the savings with customers, making you more competitively priced. The platform seems to be in its early stages, but watch this space!

I have had a terrible experience with this company as a Seller. I paid for the year and opened my shop, I listed one of my best selling items from my Etsy shop.
I logged in several times and kept in touch on the Facebook group seeing various posts from self promoting people on there - (everything moderated by the way as I tried to contact them various times and each time they rejected my posts)
Around a week or so after opening the shop I have a message to my personal email from a customer on Made Me saying they haven't received their order... I logged on to see I do not even have a shop on Made Me. I messaged them on the Facebook group and TRIED to send them posts which they moderate and rejected every time. Eventually they responded to my email at 1am in a very matter of fact slightly rude in my opinion - to say I no longer have a shop as a customer had complained they didn't receive their order. And that was it! No information on what to do, what they will do with my money or shop, no asking me 'was the item posted' for all they know I could have posted the card and then lost my shop to someone saying they hadn't received it! Any way I do not wish to keep the shop and have asked for a refund which I'm not holding much hope for... Beware of this very new company saying they want to be a better alternative to Etsy. They may be cheaper but as we all know this does not mean better. I found Etsy better on every level. The listing of items on Made me is awful and painful, and the whole dashboard is confusing. Maybe if you are just starting out as a crafter you could try it - but be warned if something goes wrong with a customer they will probably close your shop and take your money like they have done with me! I also searched their site for any information on what happens but couldn't find anything anywhere. Nor do they have any contact details or address?
