The experience was. I think it was run relatively well... one thing I would say is there was suppose to be a signed poster included in the pack but no mention of it and know one I saw received one so that was a bit of a bumber.

Hi David, There were no posters for anyone who bought sticks. You got a signed poster if you purchased an SJC drum before the event. Jay signed only 20 posters for us and with 300 people we obviously couldn't give them to everyone. I hope you had fun on the day, everyone seemed to have a blast!
Exceptional Staff and Store
Online check out was easy, pick up in store was fantastic. Staff are exceptional, great to have a chat and very knowledgeable. MacronMusic totally rocks!!

I had the chance to meet one of the best drummers in my field of music and I've never been to Macron Music before.
The staff were amazing and always found a way to pick people up from standing in line for so long that they put slipknot on in the background.
Was a great time and congrats for being able to hold the signing for the Master Jey Weinberg

The delivery driver left the parcel…
The delivery driver left the parcel inside the gate at the front of the property which wasn’t properly protected in the rain and the cardboard casing for the Ukulele was soggy - my instruction clearly states to leave on the porch/veranda which is undercover. This review is not intended to discredit Macron Music - just frustrated…. with the delivery service of my purchase.

I am really sorry to hear that this has happened . We print every delivery instruction on the labels as you will be able to see . Obviously the delivery partner has totally ignored that which is unacceptable. Is the product damaged ? If so send me an email at anthony@macronmusic.com.au and I’ll replace it . I will follow up with the delivery company and raise a complaint because this isn’t the first time this has happened and it defies logic especially when there is a safe and dry place to put it .
