We’re very sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived, and we completely understand how frustrating delays can be.
Your order was dispatched promptly, and according to the latest tracking information, it arrived in Denmark on 28 January and is currently with PostNord undergoing customs processing. Unfortunately, customs clearance times can vary and are outside of our direct control. In some cases, the carrier or customs authority may contact the recipient if any additional information or import fees are required before delivery can proceed.
That said, we have already contacted you directly to resolve this and have offered both a replacement or a full refund to ensure you are not left out of pocket.

Les tailles ne sont pas bonnes
Les gants sont de qualités, mais les tailles ne correspondent pas, sur quatre paires achetées une est très petit, les trois autres ont les doigts un petit.
Pour les retours aucune réponse au mail, d’après leur conditions de retour il faut payer, et la cela coûte très chère.
Mieux vaut regarder des produits fabriqués en France.

I am Very thankful for how incredibly respectful and quick they handled the problem. Absolutely would order here again!

Great service, the gloves arrived early, and thanks to the websites size guidelines, I managed to get the perfect size. They fit perfectly and are comfortable, the leather soft and feel like I have worn them for ages.
Worth the miney with excellent service.
Got my missus a pair as well and she loves them .
