J’ai commander une fois et je n’ai jamais reçu l’article, j’ai été obliger d’annuler la commande en envoyant des mails pour être remboursé.
Pour moi c’est une arnaque.

Produit acheté de très bonne qualité mais la livraison a été un peu longe

Je pensais que c’était une arnaque mais pas du tout le produit était en excellent état très bien emballé
Et je n’ai attendu que 1 semaine franchement je conseille Macan Story

Achtung! Es wird gefälschte Ware verkauft. Spricht man es an, wird es ignoriert. Wenn die Qualität wenigstens gut wäre… Aber es ist Schrott. Grössenangaben total falsch, Nähte gehen nach paar mal tragen auf… erspart euch den Ärger und schließt die Website von denen am besten direkt. Bitteschön!

Die Seite vertreibt gefälschte Produkte. Wir haben unserer Tochter ein Nike Anzug im Wert von 270.- CHF gekauft und nach zwei Wochen, fällt die Schrift ab und nach dem waschen ist es ein paar Zentimeter kleiner geworden. Habe die Firma angeschrieben dann wurde mir gesagt, ich solle Bilder machen und schicken. Am Schluss wurde ich aufgefordert, die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach China zu versenden der Grund, sie müssen das Produkt erstmal verifizieren! Ich habe mich entschieden keine Retoure zu machen, weil der Rückversand viel zu teuer ist. Viel Trara um nichts! Auf keinen Fall bestellen!!! es war das erste und letzte Mal.. bitte nicht darauf rein fallen!!!

Or any track and trace codes, i tried to cancel my order on the same day without getting a respond.
After 15 days the product arrived, and it isnt even looking like a real one hahahaha. Im so stupid to even believed it was real. Order if you wanna get scammed!

Anglais et vous envoie des copies coller aucune possibilité de retour aucun facture votre colis vient dans un sachet avec aucune facture ou documents de retour

They are a FAKE scam store, that keeps on lying with fake updates about my order. Ive been waiting for a month and still no package or money back. They keep saying the package is on its way and with post NL, they even send me fake update from post NL which is complete lie since post NL did not confirm this update because they NEVER received anything from them. Im so pissed now I have to get a whole lawyer to sue this scam store!!!!

I ordered an Arc’teryx beanie from Macan Story and received a product that is clearly counterfeit.

I compared the item directly with an authentic Arc’teryx beanie I already own. The differences in logo, stitching, labels, materials, and overall finishing are significant and cannot be explained by “refurbishment” or factory variation.

The website claims that items are checked for authenticity and shipped in clean, protected packaging. In reality, the beanie arrived in a thin, low-quality plastic bag with no protection. In addition, the shipment originated from China, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

The seller refuses to issue a refund unless I return the item at my own expense, despite the authenticity dispute. Given the circumstances, I have no confidence that a refund would be processed after return.

They sell counterfeit items coming straight from the fake sellers in China. If you want to return you are responsible for the costs and not even sure to get money back. 100% scam!

I ordered stupidly expensive a beanie from Arc’teryx thinking it was original but, WRONG! It’s completely fake, since the moment I felt the texture I knew it was fake, it’s a pity because it’s overprice (original price €60 what I paid €85) I’m so mad because it was meant to be a present for my boyfriend.
Terrible, I hope no one else falls for this.

The only thing they sell is counterfit items. They act like there based in France but there not. I received counterfit items and wanted to return them and the return adress is in china! Also they wil only return your money as store credit so YOUR MONEY IS GONE.

Die Seite vertreibt gefälschte Produkte. Spricht man das Problem an, darf man das Produkt nach China versenden. Dann heißt es, sie müssen das Produkt erstmal verifizieren! Viel Trara um nichts! Auf keinen Fall bestellen. Ich bin gespannt, ob ich mein Geld je wiedersehe. Nicht davon beeinflussen lassen, dass sie Paypal anbieten. Dennoch unseriös!
