Careless mistakes and zero customer support!

Absolutely terrible experience. The warehouse team printed the wrong address on my package (wrote 18 instead of 1B), causing it to be automatically returned to the UK. To make things worse, their customer service has been completely ignoring my urgent emails for over 24 hours. They ruin your order and then ghost you. Save your money and avoid this brand!

Great quality and fast delivery

The tshirt I ordered was of really good quality and delivery was quick and simple all within the time scales highlighted on the website. Any queries were dealt with promptly and professionally and I am super impressed with my order. Would always recommend Mazza Shop to anyone looking for unique merchandise.

Let down

Honestly I expected it to feel nicer, the fabric is not very pleasant. Also it is see through. It arrived rather quickly, however I’m a bit disappointed in how it fits and feels🙁

I recently bought a Gunna graphic tee from Maazashop and I’m really happy with it. The quality of the fabric is great — it feels comfortable and durable. The graphic print looks clean and doesn’t feel cheap like some other tees I’ve bought before

Placed 2 orders for 2 tracksuits…

Placed 2 orders for 2 tracksuits amounting to £230 nearly a month ago now and they still haven’t come or even been dispatched I am very disappointed with the service that I am getting right now! Won’t be ordering from mazza store again

We’re sorry to read this, but after thoroughly checking our records, we cannot find any order under your name or matching the details provided.
We previously reached out requesting further information (such as an order number or confirmation email) and did not receive a response.

Without this, we’re unable to investigate further.
We’d also like to clarify a few important points:
Our brand is called Maaza, not “Mazza”.
We do not sell tracksuits at the given time of this message.
We have no record of a £230 tracksuit order in our system or even under your name .

Given these facts, we believe this review may be fake or intended for a different company.

t-shirt is really really good & comfy

t-shirt is really really good quality & looks just like the picture !! , delivery was really fast & came very nicely packaged . the person i spoke to over dms was also really helpful & understanding , will probably order again !!!
