Quick delivery and great product!
My only suggestion would be that you add a little note when shipping to the EU about the amount of customs the customers have to pay. I know this is not exclusive to your brand but would be helpful anyway :)

Beautiful towels

Beautiful towels bought as gifts and very well received. Gorgeous packaging.

Excellent customer service in communicating slight delay in delivery - problem was with courier, not Maavi.

Love Maavi

Great customer service. When my parcel was delayed due to the COVID/Christmas rush, the team at Maavi went above and beyond to try to get a courrier delivery to me before Christmas.

I have ordered quite a few times from Maavi in the past, amazing products and quality. The towels make perfect gifts for you and loved ones!

Superb quality

Ordered two hammam as gifts. Beautiful soft cloth, designs and colours. Recipients were delighted. The kind of items you would treasure for a long time.

Thank you for your order of our hammam towels and we are very sorry to hear that your package took so long to get to you. Apologies! As you are in Finland, this can take a little longer than usual of course...
It was posted off to you on 1st September as Monday 31st August was a bank holiday in the U.K. and the postal service is closed. We posted Premium International Track and Signed with Royal Mail, and so after that, it is entirely dependent upon the postal service in each country as to how quickly it is delivered.
Again, apologies for the delay, and we do hope you enjoy your hammam towels.
