Modanisa’dan iki farklı sipariş verdim, iade etmek istediğimde her biri için 20 €, yani toplamda 40 € iade kargo ücreti talep edildi.
Müşteri hizmetlerinden Destek almak istedim ama sadece otomatik e-postalar geldi – kimse gerçekten ilgilenmiyor.
Bu iade politikası müşteri dostu değil, hizmet kalitesi de çok zayıf. Bir daha sipariş vermem.

Men jeg for af vide i går at den ene kjole er udsolgt og de vil sende den anden kjole.

2 mois que FEDEX et MODANISA me font tourner en rond (commande du 28 août) . Je précise que je n'avais jamais rencontré de problème avec MODANISA si ce ne'st que dpeuis ils travaillent ensemble, or les 2 autres cas ont été résolus facilement.

Mais cette fois je pense être à un point de non retour. Chacun se renvoie la balle, prétendent ouvrir une enquête, suive emon dossier pour ensuite la clore aussitôt. On prétend que mon colis se trouve tjrs au dépôt or la compagnie ne la retrouve pas.

Aucun moyen de parler à un vrai agent fedex, c'est un robot qui vous prend en charge. Le suivi du colis qui reste au même niveau depuis 2 mois, ils prétendent avoir essayé de me joindre alors que le sjours d elivrizson je me trouvais à la maison et restais à l'affût des appels.

Jai donc demandé à etr livre en point relais pour être plus sûre, alors qu'ils me confirment me livrer les jours prochains, plus aucune nouvelle. J'y vais à 2 reprises au point relais mon colis est introuvable.

Bref, c'est bcp trop long je pourrais y rester jusqu'à demain à vous expliquer mes péripéties avec eu,, mais à cause d'eux, de vous et votre irresponsabilité MODANISA VOUS ORDREZ BCP DE CLIENTES.

Je ne recommande pas FEDEX et les entreprises travaillant avec eux. J'en ai fini avec vous. Sur ce, je compte bien vous saisir.

ich habe mir mehrere Pakete bestellt und die Artikel zurückgeschickt. Bei Modanisa hat man zwei Rückgabemöglichkeiten:
- Expressversand 6,00€
- kostenlose Retoure (Dauer 1-2 Monate)

Ich habe natürlich bei allen Retouren die kostenlose Rückgabe angegeben aber leider nur die Rechnung erhalten, welche ins Paket reingetan werden soll, keinen Retourenlabel. Daraufhin habe ich den Support kontaktiert und gebeten, mir die Retourenlabel zukommem zu lassen. Modanisa hat allen ernstes einfach mir die kostenpflichtigen Retourenlabel zukommen lassen (erkennt man nicht am Label, da es später von der Rechnung abgezogen wird) ohne mich hierüber in Kenntnis zu setzen und erwarten nun dass ich den Betrag zahle. So eine Frechheit!!!!! Was ist das denn für eine Abzocke!!! Zahlen werde ich den Betrag definitiv nicht. Und bestellen tu ich dort auch nie wieder!!!!

Modanisa ist in meinen Augen eine richtige ABZOCKE!!! Wenn es möglich wäre, wurden die von mir nicht mal ein Stern erhalten. Ich finde es so traurig, dass man gerade von so einer Seite, die auch Mode für bedeckte Frauen verkauft, solcher skrupelloser Abzocker- Aktionen ausgeliefert ist. Ich habe dort vor Monaten Sachen bestellt, kein Rücksendeschein erhalten und musste den dann extra anfordern. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt hieß es, es kommen Versandkosten in Höhe von ca. 9€ auf mich zu. Fand ich nicht ja gut, aber naja…
Also habe ich die Ware so wie besprochen komplett zurück geschickt. Dann kommt eine Rechnung, dass ich aber trotzdem die hälfte des Gesamtbetrags zahlen muss. Ich war unter Schock ich soll also für Ware bezahlen, die ich gar nicht habe??!!! Und jetzt versuche ich seit Wochen dieses Anliegen zu klären. Wenn das mal nicht die reinste ABZOCKE ist, dann weiß ich auch nicht ! Ich werde selbst dort nie wieder bestellen!!!! Schämen sollten man sich !!!

What Modanisa is doing to its customers is not cool and they are basically ripping them off

If you're happy with your items, everything is fine. But if you're not and you have to deal with customer service then you are doomed. On their item page it says free returns, but when you actually go ahead to proceed with returning it says £9.99 will be deducted from your refund or you have to ship at your own expense! How is that called free return?? And the customer service is useless, they give you an irrelevant reply and close the case, that is IF they reply at all. I am now left with an unwanted item that does not match the pictures or description and modanisa refuses to accept a return for a full refund even though their deceiving website offers free returns. I'm very disappointed with my shopping with modanisa. I should have used a credit card to claim for my money back.
Would not recommend them to anyone.

Thank you modanisa they finally returned my money back after More than a month!! But thank you anyway you have the best clothes but you must improve your customer service because it will destroy all the success you have..

Ware nicht wie deklariert (Seide bestellt, Polyester bekommen), Versand 6,95 €, jetzt nochmal 9,90 € für Rückversand bei Warenwert: 8,09€ (reduziert von ca. 56€ ...hätte man schon stutzig werden sollen).

Edit: Modanisa geht gegen solche Bewertungen hier an nachdem man sich auf Ihre Mail hier (trustpilot(at)modanisa.com) meldet mit der Behauptung die Bewertung beruhe nicht auf wirkliche Erfahrungen! Bis jetzt habe ich auch keine Antwort erhalten.

Edit #2 (22.03.21): man musste sich auf deren Mail auch mit der eigenen Handynr. melden, seitdem krieg ich jetzt die ganze Woche plötzlich fremde SMS von angeblichen Paketlieferungen mit unseriösen Namen von Webseiten!

Edit #3 (09.06.21): Es flatterte eine zufällige Mail ein, dass Sie mein Problem an die zuständige Abteilung weiter geleitet haben und gestern dann eine, dass sie mir den Betrag erstatten und das ist tatsächlich geschehen! Den Artikel musste ich noch nicht mal zurück schicken, für den ganzen Stress finde ich das sehr entgegenkommend! Deswegen habe ich meine Bewertung jetzt hochgewertet, aber bestellen werde ich dort vermutlich nicht wieder.

Modanisa est un site que j'aime beaucoup et je fais très souvent des commandes,une vraie cliente fidèle,je n'ai eu aucun problème de livraison et les articles sont de très bonnes qualité. Malheureusement ,j'ai été très très déçue d'un article de ma dernière commande n°63714029 code de l'article:1574343
un pantalon noir détruit par l'humidité et une odeur d'ancienneté qui en dégage ,je l'ai reçue avec plusieurs taches marron ,horrible à voir .J'étais attristé par le fait de savoir que mon site préférée m'envoie cet article défectueux.J'ai alors tenté à plusieurs reprises de contacter modanisa ,en envoyant une vingtaine de mail,par les résaux sociaux et je n'ai à ce jour aucune réponse et ce depuis 1 mois.Un service client très désagréable et ignorant .
Si Modanisa voit ce message sachez que j'ai des photos de cet article horrible et qui ne donne absolument pas envie de commander sur votre site.
Je n'hésiterais pas à partager mon expérience sur tous mes réseaux sociaux ce qui ferait une très mauvaise pub .J'ai déja envoyer plusieurs photos à Modanisa qui ignore ma demande.
En espérant une réponse de la part de Modanisa,avant de couper tous les liants avec eux .

A fuir je déconseille du vol ! On m'a fait payer des frais de livraison de 13 euros environs à l'aller alors que ma commande était à un prix élevé presque 100 euros et la seconde commande vers les 150 euros , et quand j'ai retourné ma commande ils m'ont pris encore 13 euros du vol ! Sans compter les emails au moins 20que j'envoie et aucun retour. et la j'ai envoyé une seconde commande j'ai payé 22 euros de frais de livraison pour le retour et à l'aller ils m'ont pris 13 euros encore alors qu'il y avait écrit frais de livraison gratuits. J'attends un retour encore sinon je n'hésiterais pas à porter plainte au sein de la commission des consommateurs et de la direction de la fraude !

I signed up and registered as a new customer and the online process acknowledged and treated me as so, thus a first time order as a first time order and there was no coupon code that was advertised nor described that needs adding. The coupon code: "FASHION30" advertised and offered in plain writing on the worldwide web as an "extra 30% off" was automatically appearing in the online shopping basket, BUT I WAS OVERCHARGED when there was NO DEDUCTION to the priced item. Surely, the price of a £20.99 item for example CANNOT remain the SAME if ADVERTISED PERCENTAGES are DEDUCTED from PRICES of ITEMS?! Hasn’t Modanisa, a company broken the law and acted unfairly, and I am able to report Modanisa to Trading Standards? Modanisa misled me into ordering to buy their chargeable products and use their non-chargeable services when the business is supposed to be selling products. Since last Wednesday I’m in limbo!!

Superb, material and styles. I am shocked to see such bad rating.

The dresses were a bit too long for me but I easily hemmed myself. The material is excellent/ not cheap like other online materials. You just need to find the right style for yourself . I am so pleased with my previous buy that I have ordered more dresses. Will write an update as soon as I get my new purchase.
