My tops did not fit right. At first I was not getting a response on how to return but they ended up crediting my account. I appreciate the credit.

I ordered a pair of shorts but they were too big. The quality was great and it arrived in the time the estimated. Iktops were so great at refunding the order. I’ll have to try some new things from them next time because the quality was great.

My order got lost and I emailed iktops customer service and got a prompt refund. I have reordered and am awaiting those. That was my second order, first order was delivered and tops were great quality so I will be ordering from company again

I recently ordered 3 pairs of shorts; 2 mediums and 1 large. I wanted to return the mediums and order more large ones since they were more comfortable. I sent in a return request and it took a few days to get a response which initially concerned me, but then customer service did respond and told me to keep the mediums and they would refund the purchase. I am very impressed with the customer service!! And the quality of the shorts is superb! Would highly recommend.

Had a problem with my order. Dress did not fit and I ask to return and a refund. After several e mails they gave me a refund and told me to keep the merchandise or donate. I’m donating to a local shelter for battered women and girls. They were very helpful and pleasant to do business with. I would give iktops a 5 star rating and hope to do business with them very soon. They were very helpful in solving my problem. Many online company’s are not legit but IK tops are first class.

Although the tank top did not fit, the experience was good. The sizing fits a bit big but I returned them without issue. They were easy to deal with and the process was timely.

The tops were too small but their customer service team resolved the issue immediately.

Usually, if you have to return something where you’ve shopped online, it becomes a big problem. They don’t want to give you a return label. They don’t want to refund your money and here you have merchandise you cannot use. In this case, I experience with Kaus was very good and pleasant. Although they did not want me to send the merchandise back and told me just to keep it or donate it, they gave me a refund to my credit card in a relatively short space of time. Very pleased with the outcome.

Value and quality of order was great— unfortunately I needed to return my order. The return process took a few steps, which was balanced by a rep who was professional and kind. Thank you!

Unfortunately one of the dresses I received was not the one I ordered or I would have given a 5/5 When I contacted them, I received a prompt response asking for a picture to verify the error. After that, I received another prompt email from Klaus indicating my refund was forthcoming.
Excellent, professional and prompt customer service works for me!!

My emails were answered even though there was a bit of lag time. Refunded my money as I requested pretty quick. Lived the dresses wish they fit me😔

I received a very prompt reply regarding my issue with an item purchased and a very quick resolution that I was very happy to obtain.

I was excited about my order. However when it came it was 2 sizes too small and I did not like the material. It was a type of material that I cannot wear. Happily I told t g e company and they were great and gave me a full refund. That was great customer care.
