I ordered 4 piece swimming suit, got 3 piece swimming suit. Tried to contact customer service through the website messages, through the chat on a website, sent messages to the email, sent messages through social media. I didn't get answer anywhere.
It makes me really sad, because I am converted muslim and I was looking for my first swimming suit and I was thinking about it so much. I was so excited and nervous about this order, and at the end I got not what I ordered and even don't have a chance to get a help and somehow fix the problem.

It is only good for the aesthetics, if you just want to lounge near the water or take a quick dip. I bought the Yara burkini hoping I can go swimming regularly in it. However, after only four months, the top piece lost its integrity. The elastic in the fabric was visibly peeling off and there were holes. I go swimming 3x a week and in all fairness, they do not market their swimwear to be athletic. However, they also never published my negative review on their website. I contacted their customer service who asked for additional photos. After providing them with those, they never came back to me.

I just bought my 2nd lyra suite after using my 1st one for more than 3 years and it still looks like new .. I had a problem with the shipping address and nadia from lyra team contacted me personally asking about the correct shipping address and fixing it manually .. I am so grateful and happy that we have a great business with such quality and great team ❤️

I purchased 3 items. Will be honest 2 of them I love but the third one with detachable skirt I don't like and wish to return.

Customer service is rubbish, emails come through stating support desk will get back within 1-2 days actually been a week and still awaiting response on how to return the item and get a refund!!!

Salam all if you’re considering buying from lyra just DOOO it go through with it they have excellent customer service (so heavy on that I felt the love through the email) a wide range of style and colors they have everything from hijabs to swim wear to apparel so show your support and spend that money even if you don’t like swimming or you’re never near water like that who cares get yourself a burkini/modest swimwear anyways I’ve only been to the pool three times my whole life and still made a purchase cuz you really never know and it looks cute we need cute things I’m gonna stop yappin now have a good day everybody

Not only the materials they use and how good the quality is and how beautiful the designs are, also their way of taking care of you and wanting to do whatever makes the experience better, when they knew i wanted my set for a trip and that it will not be delivered on time, they shipped it to where i was spending my vacation instead of my home address. They truly have the best customer service❤️

This is my third time buying swimwear from Lyra Swim and I am done! It’s disappointing how cheap the material is and how expensive it is! If you touch anything with the swimwear it tears!! What a ridiculously cheap yet a rip off product!!! Disgusting

This company really prides itself on customer feedback. My experience with shipping sells was heavily communicated by the team and once I received the package, I let them know it was in tough condition. It was probably due to the extended time shipping. Either way, this team was super happy to hear my experiences with my order and they were always doing their best to make it an easier process on me. I definitely will purchase from them again and I've already let most of my family know how amazing their bathing suit is and how nice the company has treated me.

I bought the Amara swimset during the black Friday sale.
The quality of the swimwear is AMAZING.
I bought 3 sets; 1 for myself and 2 for my daughters.
Unfortunately due to the rules of the swimming sessions they attend, they were not allowed to wear the amara as it was 'overly long and too baggy'.
I contacted Lyra to return the products (unused/unworn) 4 months later 😞
I can honestly say, the experience was positive. They were super helpful, accepted the return, (which they normally don't accept).
They went above and beyond — the customer service has been truly outstanding. I’ll definitely be recommending to others, as both their products and service are absolutely five-star!

After a mishap with delivery during bank holiday weekend, the customer service department were very efficient with resolving the issue.

I’m a big fan of swimsuits this brand made! Just excellent design and quality. Every time I wear them at the pool or beach people asking me where my swimsuit is from. Also they deliver so fast even for free! Highly recommend lyramodest!
