Really good quality pieces. Website could do with improving but didn't face any detriment because of the great customer service.

jan 12 update - Issue is finally resolved. I continued to reach out after posting this review. I messaged them on instagram DM and then they said my emails apparently went to spam, but even if thats the case I reached out via Whatsapp and twitter and nobody helped me there. They said they have escalated the communication issue to management and will look into it. My issue is finally resolved now and I'm putting this behind me.

My last attempt of trying to hear from their customer service team. If they don't respond back then at least people can know what to expect. I received my item on Dec 6, very quick shipping to Canada - 5/5 for that. I noticed quality issues (stitching is coming off in multiple places and odour issue as well as if its used, attached photos in the e-mail also). I first messaged on Dec 6 about this issue. Heard nothing back, followed up on Dec 8, Dec 10, Dec 11 and Dec 18. Contacted via e-mail, whatsapp and their website contact form. I saw on their website they have warranty on their item so thinking I will be fine because you are paying high price for a bathing suit. But, no point if nobody is even willing to help me or respond back to me. The design is lovely - 5/5. But the quality is 100% not worth the money. I paid $150 for a brand new, good quality bathing suit, not one where the stiching is coming off and has sweat smell. I don't want to return my item, but someone for the love of God help me remedy this issue. This has been beyond stressful and not a smooth easy process and if I knew I would be facing this issue, I wouldn't have ordered.

I need a new swimsuit and search for a special one for my Trip to Bali which respect the culture there and found lyra. The size chart was very helpful that there where this two ways to check. It feels so comfort and the combination with skirt and legging is perfect. Love it

This is the second time I bought a swimsuit from this company and it's one of the best purchases I have made! Modesty is really important and feeling confident in what I wear come second to that and Lyra's swimwear does a great job at tackling both those points when they created this product!

The design & quality is amazing! Its true size & I recieved so many compliments on the swimsuite! Also huge compliment on the shipmemt, I am from Switzerland & I recieved my order within 3 days, wow!

I bought two swimsuits from Lyra (Sofia), they fit very nicely and are very comfortable. Everything about it is perfect ( quality, style and color )

Really i love the material and the design of your swimsuit all are good and they have a good service and the order doesn’t take a while of time they are very respectful
And when i ordered they got me by mistake order S and I ordered M size then i sent them an email and they answered me very quick and they replaced for me size M as i ordered and they didn’t take a time and I received the right order in the second day
Really its a perfect experience and i will always dealing with them

Lovely swimsuit, order arrived on time.
Only downside is the Alayna dress has nothing to attach it to trousers so in a spa the whole dress kept riding up, sometimes defeating the purpose of modesty! For the price I paid for it I thought it would have that in place as I have bought cheaper burkinis in the past and they all have a button on the trousers.

The material is amazing, quick to dry, only thing is lm 172cm tall so the size M fits good except for the upper part of the swimsuit it's too short. Just and advice, maybe if the wrap around skirt had more holes to make it tighter would be better as my skirt hangs a bit loose.

All in all, amazing modest swimsuit, will order again!

The package arrived in the time stated and it fit amazingly. I wear UK size 12 and I got a medium. I did get a large previously but the skirt was too loose so l did size down.

Absolute rubbish Customer services placed an order and still wait and returned items I’m still waiting for my refund have to keep chasing them up items are not worth the price do not order from

Received my modest swim top (long black ) from lyra and I love it ! Firstly it arrived in a a day with normal shipping. The swim top is perfect for coverage in terms of length and it doesn’t cling to your hips so it’s great for those curvier women . I did purchase separate leggings as the lyra ones were out of stock .

They have also said they will be releasing more colours in the future which I’m so excited for ! Just for reference I am a size 12 and I bought a L and it fits perfectly.
