Helpful customer service
I bought a VIP subscription and came with some cool wallpapers. The customer service people have also been very nice and helpful. Cool giveaways, hopefully the odds are in my favor!

Good quality merch and fast shipping
I ordered some merch from Lvlup recently and overall had a really good experience. Shipping was actually faster than I expected and everything arrived in good shape.
The quality of the clothes surprised me a bit too. The hoodie material feels pretty thick and comfortable, and after washing it a couple times it didn’t shrink much which I always worry about with new clothes.
So far everything has held up well and the whole process was smooth from ordering to delivery. Happy with it.
