Don't buy from this company!!! Waited weeks for my goods and when they arrived the quality was not as expected for the price. Tried to return and it's a nightmare as they are based in China. I ended up having to accept a small refund and keep the crappy goods. Wish I had read reviews first.

I had to give one star to be able to review.

Please do not buy from this company. The quality of the clothing is so terrible and when you send things back you never see your money returned.
Do not be fooled by their website, they are cheap Chinese items and they are thieves.

If I could give zero stars I would. Jumper arrived after a delay although I paid for express delivery. Nothing like the picture on website. Different colour, different pattern, shoddy finish, can't even get my head through the neck. Polyester when it said pure cotton. Company address in in USA but that is just a DHL office - it's actually Hong Kong. I requested full refund but they offered 10% plus voucher for next purchase (as if), then 15%, 20% and eventually 40%. Full refund if I sent it back to mainland China, by courier, tracked. I suspect they would deny receipt. I wish I had seen these reviews before I spent £40. This company is misrepresented, their goods are misrepresented and they did not fulfil the contract yet refused full refund unless I paid out more money to return it and in their words "a lengthy delay to process". Address in mainland China looks like a sweatshop on Google Earth. Don't ever touch this company - it's a SCAM

Absolutely disgusted with this company, I ordered a cardigan about 4/5 weeks ago, keep asking where it is and nothing.... I'll be telling anyone that wants to listen what an absolute shower this company is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 2 pairs trousers,when I received them they where far too small so needed a refund/exchange for a larger size. Initially they seemed helpful but as time went on they are not interested and kept asking fir more information on my part which I gave and pictures of the trousers packaging payments etc,this still wasn't good enough for them,so I asked for details to return the trousers for refund or exchange yet again,didn't get any address to return.DONT ORDER FRON THEM because if not right they don't do anything other than ask for more and more info!!!!

AVOID at all costs. They sent me the wrong size and despite showing photos of the labels and order they insisted the correct order had been sent from their warehouse. No chance of a return, they know the postage back is more than the value of the item and they rely on that

Horrific company. Counterfeit garments and do not uphold their ‘returns policy’ Steer well clear.

Do not use this website absolute scam. As seen on other reviews it cost me £19 to return the item. Emma at luxury glow is really not helpful at all just keeps repeating the same email response with no refund still!!! Please do not use this website their products are not as advertised and the quality is so poor and looks nothing like the photo on the website. Please refund me luxury glow asap. You are technically stealing from people.

Really disappointed in the delay in getting a refund . Returning an item cost £20 + as it has to be returned to china . Having then paid this amount on top of my £44.99 purchase I’m so upset . Luxury glow I hope that you read this and action my refund to restore my faith in your company…

appalling service and scam! after ordering item arrived late and was not true to the picture. really annoyed i didn’t look at reviews, they are refusing to give me a full refund now only offering 20% partial refund which is ridiculous- using their excuse as being a small company? clothing appears to be from a chinese factory and very poor quality. do not trust this company or order from them!

Like everyone else on this site I ordered a "cashmere" jumper. It arrived with no labelling . Unlike others, have had ongoing emails with this company who sent me washing instructions but advised it is made of " high quality materials"when I asked them to confirm I received what I'd ordered. Sizing is wrong,including on website- shows bust size for man's jumper but measurements are child sizes. Shows knockdown prices( thought it was an Xmas discount ) but should have known you never get something for nothing!!! £22.50 to send back or £30% discount" just for me!!- I am so lucky- not!! Avoid this company

Awful. Listed as cashmere but was polyester. No response from customer service. No way to return. Total thieves.

Total rubbish! Do not use this company they are from china, the clothing looks nothing like it does on the item description or pictures. Order was placed mid December and I didn’t receive until mid January, nowhere when ordering was I instructed that the item was coming from china.

If I could rate this experience lower I would. Its a Chinese company masquerading as a European one, their cashmere is all poly-plastic, not a single natural fibre is present and the quality is horrendous. Despite their site claiming its easy to do returns when you ask for one they offer a 10% refund! I make a point of checking that I'm not buying from China as this is how they do business, disgusting.

Absolutely awful, no stars in fact minus stars. Like other reviewers I was seduced by the photos of nice cashmere jumpers - complete rubbish, that will teach me to check trust pilot before ordering. I only received one reply that made any sense from the many I have tried to send, and then it didn’t relate to anything I had asked. Surely this company shouldn’t be operating, they are a disgrace. Would be interested to know if the reviewer who was pursuing his claim through his credit card provider is getting any results??

Terrible. I’m giving them 1 star because I cannot give them any less. They are an absolute con. I bought what was meant to be a cashmere jumper in vibrant colours and they sent an awful thing, horrible synthetic material, terrible dull colours and cheap material, the product is so badly made that looks unfinished. They would not give me a refund, only a partial refund, but they are so bad I don’t even trust that they will actually give me the refund. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A CON.

They replied to my emails chasing up a cashmere jumper .
It arrived but is definitely man made
I threatened trust pilot to them , but they’re not bothered about reviews
I’ve requested a full refund , but doubt I will get it
