Get the address correct
Just make sure that tex messages sent regarding pick up times and pick up address are correct and written by someone who's first language is English.
The tex I received caused me a lot of distress and I had to make extra phone call to the person on duty to correct the address..... other wise I would have missed my trip.
Pick up from AK back to Tauranga great.

Value on a shared trip
Experience was good, picked up exactly on time, driving was good, helpful with info and putting bags in when collecting and out on arrival. Lady was pleasant.
Collection earlier than arranged from airport, driver very unprepared, and not looking around the area he arranged to meet. Otherwise 👍 ok.

Auckland to Hamilton shuttle ride
I booked a trip from Auckland to Hamilton online and the whole experience was excellent.. despite being nervous about booking a shuttle online.
The communication and instructions were great.. including where to wait for the driver.
The trip was was smooth and the driver was friendly, helpful and informative.

Alan was amazing and so patient with our group! He allowed us to stay at our activity much later than was originally planned and even took us over to the Mt after he was meant to drop us off at our last stop.
