Alway Reliable
We have rented through Luxrest Venice several times and have always been happy with their rentals and their service. The Luxrest employees that met us at arrival were friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. When we were having problems with the downstairs front door, they quickly resolved the problem and had the door repaired. Checkin and checkout were easy.

Beautiful apartment
The apartment was gorgeous and in a quiet location. The staff was friendly and informative. We had booked another apartment but found out after 3 months that this was not confirmed. The staff was helpful in finding another location. I would use the service again and highly recommend!

We had a fine stay at the Fidelio
We had a fine stay at the Fidelio. The apartment was great and well situated in the Cannaregio district of Venice. The apartment was modern, well equipped and decorated tastefully. We would have given it 5 stars but the floor was not properly vacuumed, and dusty in places when we arrived. A cleaner came in a rectified this, but still she could have done better in the corners. One other thing was that the second bedroom could have used a mirror. Working with the Luxrest team remotely and check-in/check out/orientation was quick and easy. Overall a great place to stay in Venice, and I would definitely recommend it.

Séjour dans Rialto Mercato en avril 2019
Concernant l'appartement Rialto Mercato: très bien situé pour qui veut faire son marché de produits frais (poissons et légumes) dans un quartier vivant donc un peu bruyant, équipement un peu limite pour cuisiner mais on se débrouille.
Concernant l'équipe Luxrest Venice, équipe rodée, très accueillante et attentive aux demandes. Bravo Chiara e Barbara

venice is a strict for rubish, i think 5 different categories: difficult to deal with if your are not used to it and given enough bags..

Nous venons à Venise tous les ans car…
Nous venons à Venise tous les ans car nous travaillons avec des verriers de Murano. Nous avons loué un appartement face à l'église Dei Frari. Il nous paraissaît très bien le seul souci était le bar à cocktail juste en dessous de l'appartement. Le bruit commençait à 23h00 et s'éternisait jusqu'à 2hoo du matin.Le bar ouvrait à nouveau le lendemain à 7h00. De plus, sous nos fenètres il y avait des manges debout autour desquels les clients s'installaient.
Je ne conseille pas cet appartement surtout si vous devez travailler le lendemain.

We've rented from Luxrest 3 times now…
We've rented from Luxrest 3 times now over the past 10+ years or so, always in different apartments, and have always been very impressed with the quality and good value of their accommodation and also their reliability in all respects, integrity and efficiency. We had a wonderful and relaxing break at Ponte Storto in December and can't wait for our next trip. We recommend Luxrest wholeheartedly and certainly wouldn't consider trusting our accommodation requirements to anyone else!
