I have been using Luxire for many years and they have created many articles of clothing for me at this point.

They are reliable, flexible, friendly and very easy to work with in trying new things. Their work is tremendous value and would highly recommend them.

Easily the best made to measure clothing option out there. The quality of construction, selection of fabrics, array of styling options, and accuracy of measurement are amazing. I work in tailored clothing, and have all my pants made by Luxire, because I haven't found another program this thorough or comprehensive anywhere else, even at several times the price. Highly recommended.

Great products and amazing customer service

1) Sizes are all over the place, I even had my own tailor take the measurements as I chose custom clothing.
2) Different product- colors dont match what is on the website, material doesn’t match what is described.
Ordered heavy weight cotton in brown- got light weight low quality cotton (probably a polyster blend) in red.
3) Insane markups- Invoice put in parcel shows the product value of $60USD but I was charged $160USD on a sale item of $250USD.
4) Poor customer service- As acknowledged by many before- forget they will reply or provide any refund service on a wrong order.

These whole online MTM industry is a scam, paying influencers for advertising.
All clothings are made in third world countries for cheap cloth and labour and then sold on a huge markup. Dont be fooled by the corporation establishment country- these are all shells for scam.

Had a small issue on a recent order, but the team at Luxire were very responsive and resolved it immediately. Looking forward to more purchases!

Products are decent, but customer support is atrocious. I was sent the wrong size and they don’t admit to their mistake. Communicating with them is like talking to a parrot as they keep repeating the same answer over and over. I can’t recommend them.

I recently ordered a pair of pants. Ended up receiving something three sizes smaller. Customer support is terrible when they finally answer they say products are “true to size” and that their own size chart does not apply to their own products. The time zone difference between US and India where they are based does not help the communication either. Not inly don’t they admit to having sent the wring item, but also they expect me to pay $45 for shipping back a pair if $100 pants so they can alter it. Not gonna happen. Overall, this is just a bad business model and even worst customer support.

I AM SHOCKED

I ordered a shirt one month ago made by mesure. As I am an usual customer I am also used to indicate my personal mesures. Sadly, this time, I received the shirt with wrong measurements. I never had to deal before with the client service but honestly I am flabbergasted by how they managed my request. The person in charge responded me that they could not do anything and offered me 10€ discount although I sent them effectively pictures of the shirt on me that was exessively oversized, and thousands of pictures of the shirt on the floor next to the metter to prove the measures were wrong.

10€ discount seems to be a joke thinking of the 150€ price of the shirt, I cannot even wear!!!!

The design and the measurements were correct, but the fabric happened to be very low quality. The pant in general is not at all from Italian or Spanish woven fabric, it is very low quality and was shipped from India and not Spain. You need to be mindful that you are buying a pant with the price of a European brand but from India without European quality control.

I've made a couple of orders from Luxire and I'm a happy customer. After my first order I figured out what adjustments to make, and the fit is spot on. They've executed on my specific requests on shirt and pants details with precision. Their turnaround times are really fast compared to similar companies. And the prices are excellent.

Order done perfectly, as usual. Long time Lux's customer, everytime more than happy with them.

Sent wrong shirt, not accepting refunds or remakes unless you pay more. Mistakes happen, however bad customer service is what makes me angry

For now on, Luxire will be my only shirtmaker, it's that simple!

It took 6 business days between the moment I placed the order and the actual delivery of a custom shirt. I have never seen this before. And the shirt is well made from quality fabric.

The staff is very professional and extremely responsive. Such a high level of service is quite rare nowadays and I couldn't be more pleased with them.

All of this at a very attractive price point. What more would I want?

I ordered a pair of custom pants. I had used measurements from a previous pair of pants that fit well. The pants arrived exactly to my specifications. measurements. Very happy.

I had a unique custom request which required a lot of communication . Seema was very good at communicating and understanding my needs, per usual. I've custom-ordered multiple items from LUXIRE before and they're ways professional and on point at delivering a quality product with great craftsmanship.

Always top notch customer service. Always fast shipping. Simply some of the best clothes I've ever bought.

I had given some measurements for a shirt that in the end turned out not as planned but upon sending pictures to the Luxire team, they actually gave pretty good pieces of advice for the next one which turned out much better.

Received the shirt, just 9 days from order to wearing it! Outstanding!
Fabric: great flannel twill for the cold months in NY. Color a pleasant shade between blue and grey.
All details: collar, sewing, button holes and buttons - first class.
The measurements I provided were followed and it fits perfectly. The only point that still remains to be seen is how much it will shrink in laundry.

I have an entire wardrobe made by Luxire: suits, coats, shirts, sports jackets, chinos, Jeans and other items; They are absolutely fantastic.

Luxire will make virtually anything you want, they are extremely accommodating to all requests and execute the tailoring most excellently.

If you know what you want and are looking for custom clothing made from the best fabrics to very high standards, I don't think there is another company quite like them.

I have emails chains going on for figurative miles with Seema and Vimal and they have bent over backwards to facilitate all my requests, changes and questions.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company and will continue to use them.
