Stay far away from them. Placed an order online and had to beg to get it delivered. After three weeks it’s finally with Auspost. This was after numerous inquiries with no response from them. I eventually got a mobile no. and had empty promises made. Only received confirmation of postage after I contacted my bank and Consumer Affairs. Do yourself a favour: do give these people your money.

If only I could give no stars. Paid for my order and never received it. Called up all their salons (people who answered the call were lovely), and got a mobile number to get in touch with. Called and texted that mobile, emailed and Instagram DM them... STILL NO PRODUCTS DELIVERED and NO REFUND. Zero integrity. RUDE.

I ordered about $150 worth of hair products from Lux hair and received an order confirmation and receipt. Almost a month later and the order is still not ‘ready’ and has not been shipped. The website says orders are processed and shipped within a few days. I’ve sent follow up emails which have all been ignored. Now I’m just trying to get my money back, but the only contact information they give is an email address that is ignored.

UPDATE: the package was eventually sent, about a month after it was ordered. Never got any response to my emails.

Ordered a kerastase worth $173 on the 17 of September. I contacted them october 3 and no reply. They shipped my items today October 6 after I contacted them again regarding of getting my money back

I should have checked their review on Trust pilot before ordering. Lots of reviews says, they received no items, scammmmm.

I placed an order #12683 for kerastase products totalling $136.00 on 19-Sep-23 and I have not received confirmation of the order or a tracking number. I have emailed them several times requesting a tracking number and have not heard back from them. I am extremely disappointed 😞 If I hear from them I will update you all. This review is for Luxhair.com.au. Further update as of 22-Nov-23: They did finally respond, and they did finally deliver the products after 6 weeks.Therefore I have increased the stars to a 3 star.

Completely Misleading advertising..
After Lux Hair Shop reaching out to me and contacting me two times to buy the wig, I ordered a wig that is supposed to be a red Marilyn Monroe style. The wig I got was ratty, long and slightly curly and not anything as advertised. They advertised the wig as wavy body but when I tried to dispute the return they told me the style in the photo was a one time style and that the wig will go straight after brushing or washing... If the wig goes straight after washing then why was it advertised as a curly, wavy body wig?! If I knew how to do that hairstyle, and wanted to style hair, I wouldn't have bought a wig. I wanted a hairstyle that was already done.
They are insisting that I pay return fees which I find wildly unfair. If I had have received the wig I ordered, the wig from the photo, I wouldn't need to return it at all. Also, the reason I ordered from this business is because their website references UK law with a UK return address but this wig shipped out from China.
For $200 I am extremely disappointed in the wig I received and the service I got.

I would love to see more picture reviews could that please be a thing. I guarantee tons of people(but me first 😆) will start to buy more from this company if the customers had to leave pictures with their reviews 💕. I received a green and black wig from this company and even though i havent worn it yet its still looks like its great quality :)

Had to cancel my order as I ordered something as a gift and it would've not arrived in time. I'm very impressed about their quick reply (sent them a message on fb) and the confirmation of the cancellation. They haven't refunded me yet but I'm pretty sure they'll do shortly which makes me want to recommend this shop. You might have to wait for your order but at this stage I can not confirm the bad reviews. When they refund me the full amount of my order I'll be super happy to order from this shop again.

Each time I order from this site I never get disappointed and will continue to shop off this website.

I ordered product almost a month ago and have not received it. When I go to track my order it says in transit but then the tracking number isn’t accepted. It stated Royal Mail as the carrier but also shows auspost.com. Seems very dodgy. No one messaged me to say there is a delay until I contacted them. I was told there are staff shortages but the situation is unreasonable and I was given no indication of when my product will arrive. I’ve asked for a refund but have not heard back. The website still states products will be dispatched in 2 days working days for delivery in 5-10 days. Seems a long time when they are supposedly in Melbourne. There is no mention of delivery delays on their website. Very dishonest service.

Made an order about weeks ago, was trying to bring it along with me while I’m on my business travelling. Disappointed with the support team and no tracking number given after order placed. Highly doubt their service, probably it isn’t legit at all. BE AWARE

Got my money transferred back after putting this review and sending a message to one of the salons, about 2 weeks after I put my order in. Still no reply to either of my 5 emails just a test message with a copy of returned money.

I still wouldn't order from them again as I find it very unreliable and you cannot communicate with customer service.

I didn't realize this wasn't a legit online store. Just ordered products for $150 dollars last Saturday, still hasn't been shipped, eventhough it said delivery 2-8 buisness days. I have been sending emails for days with no response, rang up one of the salons (which I do understand has nothing to do with the online store) and no one getting back to me and no further response what's so ever. Really disappointed.

While I received the wig in a timely manner, the “blond” part of the hair was orange. I also bleached the knots and no matter what I did, the knots didn’t bleach but all of the hair fell out. DO NOT BUY. Plz don’t.

I wanted to share my experience because I’m not sure if other reviews were fake or maybe the company read reviews and fixed the problems because i have had a really great experience. So great that I immediately bought a second wig.
The shipping has been fast and was sent using a reputable courier. Communication is prompt through email. I live in Canada and my order got here fast and instagram. I ordered a second wig for a vacation and I reached out and they worked with me to speed up the process so I can have it on time(a fee was applied but understandable). The ice blonde is stunning!!!! Omg the lace melts and the hairline is so realistic!

The processing time was a little long, but the actual shipping was super quick. Once it was already shipped, it arrived in 2 days!! Hair is amazing silky smooth, no odors or smells… Customer service and everyone at the company are fast & efficient when it comes to communication and keeping you in the loop!

Scam and buyers beware. This company does not give you an order number. So when the owner replies to these bad reviews with “what’s your order number so I can check for you dear?” The gag is you don’t get one! I even sent an email asking why I didn’t get a confirmation email with an order number multiple times and no response.

I bought my first wig on this site and it was a platinum blonde one. I was scared of the bold move but i know i wanted a blonde one and still bought it. The color doesn't even look weird for my skin tone and the hair moves like fluffy clouds !!! Those people do great work

The wig is great quality and suitable for everyday wear.

Shipment of my wig was delayed, but when I contacted support they were very helpful and made sure production was expedited. And after it had been sent it arrived in Australia very quickly.

I will absolutely use this site the next time I want/need a wig.
