Considering the prices of some of the products on offer, there is no postal updates, delivery status or even a response from the customer service teams regarding my order. I've been waiting weeks for my order, reached out multiple times and heard NOTHING. Beware of this company.

Zero stars. Worst company ever. Do NOT purchase from them. Product is crap and absolutely NO customer service . I mean no one will respond, your emails get kicked back as undeliverable. SCAM company .

Zero stars if I could. I feel so stupid for falling for this scam. First of all, they posted a fake video from one of my favorite influencers on my Instagram feed showing her promoting these bonnets, so that's why I immediately trusted and purchased, because I like this influencer. It took me to their site, I purchased 2 "silk" bonnets, and waited 2 weeks to arrive (from china). Ok. Then they arrive and they smell strongly of chemicals so I follow the directions for washing on gentle, and laid flat to dry but when they came out of washing, they were both split open at the seams. Trash. Also I doubt it's silk, it looks very polyester-like. So I reach out to their customer service via "contact us" on their site twice, NO REPLY. I just messaged the IG influencer to ask if she had any trouble with this company she was touting or if she knew how to get ahold of them, she actually replied to me saying she's not affiliated with them and that they must be using her videos for their sales! FREAKING UNBELIEVABLE! The most shady company ever! As if everything else was not enough!! These people should not be in business!!! I'm goimg to message them again threatening to charge back my money but I'm probably out of luck. I came here after all of this and I'm reading all these bad reviews, how are they still around?????? I'm going to do my best to let everyone know to STAY AWAY! What a complete and utter SCAM COMPANY!!!! Completely unscrupulous.

Total scam. Advertised as 100% mulberry silk- was not silk. Not sure what it was because no label, but side by side with my real silk bonnet (that cost three times the price) it was obvious what they sent is fake. My fault for forgetting if it looks too good to be true, it is.

I wish I would have seen these reviews. I ordered "100% organic mulberry silk sheets". The company profile is listed in New Jersey, but it's really in China. After a month my sheets arrived. No name microfiber. I'm so mad!

If I could give no star, I would! This site is a scam, paid $175 for "mulberry silk" bedsheets! Once I got my things, almost 3 months later, the bedsheets were plain nylon, not even satin!! Tried returning, no luck contacting anyone. Company in Singapore, which says a Lot!!

Do not shop here. This company advertised 100% pure silk and the products are 100% polyester satin. They have no customer service. I wrote them 3 times and received no response for returns.

I was so excited to get this product. The satin bonnets I was using was breaking my hair along my hairline. I ordered 2. I was very disappointed when they came. The description said adjustable. There is just a small part that has elastic in the back. I have a lot of hair and put it on my head and could tell it was loose. It did not stay on my head while I slept. It was a waste of $43. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have emailed them and am not expecting a response.

I ordered 2 bonnets and 4 pillow cases. After Christmas opened to wash and it’s NOT silk it says “how to care for satin” then tag bottom says 100% polyester . I tried reaching customer service I waited after holidays still no response. SCAM.

I ordered 9 mulberry silk bonnets. They came late. I was pulling the label up and underneath was another label saying they were imitation silk. FRAUD. Now I can't get them to respond for a refund. They advertise as Mulberry silk but it's a lie.

Luxesilks advertises its products as genuine mulberry silk and claims a universal fit. Based on my experience, neither claim appears accurate. The material does not resemble authentic mulberry silk, and the product does not stay securely on the head.
Additionally, I was unable to find a legitimate way to leave a review on their website. Reviews displayed appear questionable, and negative comments on their social media pages are frequently removed. Their listed contact email is a generic Gmail account, and despite multiple attempts, I received no response.
The return policy requires 30 consecutive days of proof of use, which is impractical given the product’s inability to remain in place. Overall, the product quality does not align with the marketing claims, and the brand raises significant concerns around transparency and customer service.

Fake silk cheap rough feeling. Claims to be organic mulberry silk. Also says you have to show proof you used the item for 30 days to get a refund and have 5 day after that to request a refund then the will review weather or not to refund you. All this being said on there site none of the contact emails even work. I emailed back from my purchase confirmation email will see if the reply.
