Personnalize service , amazing smell! Fast delivery.

My mother who lives in another country ordered on this site to make me my Christmas present, I receive the parcel after 10 days error of product, I contact them directly and I realize that there is an error between the French and English version of the sites, the ordered product does not exist any more, errors can happens thats not even the problem.

What bothered me about this customer service was that at no time did I get an apology message from them...0 apology. which I think is the least they can do. Then began an interminable wait with "we'll send you the label so you can return the package to us". A few days after receiving nothing, I was told that they were trying to create the box I had really ordered and that it would be delivered quickly (great!). Having received nothing for 10 days, I contacted them again to be told that I would be reimbursed, with no further explanation and once again no apology. Now, 1 month after ordering, my
Mother finally been reimbursed and 0 Christmas gift for me.

I think it's a shame, I had already ordered from you and I love the products. I have nothing to complain about it ! but this customer experience was catastrophic and unfortunately I know that I won't be recommending you again.

Antoine was very helpful when I made a request to change part of my order! He even threw in a free product when I picked it up. :-) The scents are amazing, lasting, and so addictive. Would highly recommend!

A friend bought some scents and I loved the smells!!! Love, Love, Love Mandarin & Resin!!! Please keep this scent!!! I went to online store ~ website easy to navigate ~ the only thing I couldn't find was points update. Customer service great and quick response {I asked a few questions!!!}. Love use of recycle/re~purposed containers.
Great choice of product and unique scents ~ if there was a choice of sample scents that would be great as I don't live in the area where store is located ~ I feel this could boost sales and encourage more purchases. Sample could be like a scent patch or??? Definitely would recommend product and would love to see them expand stores to B.C. Looking forward to future purchases!!!

The products are of top quality. The scents are natural and not overpowering. Each item was well protected and packaged with care.

I purchased one of the vanilla and cashmere scented diffusers as the scent and look is beautiful. However, upon receiving it by mail, it had scratches on it taking away from the look. There wasnt any nice packaging to keep it from rolling around, they were loose in a cardboard box. It was meant to be a gift but it can't be anymore. Very disappointing!

Commander le 18 septembre, envoyer courriel le 5 octobre; pas de réponse, envoyer un autre courriel le 11 octobre; désolé du retard ok. Reçu ma commande le 16 octobre mais au lieu de recevoir 1 vétiver sauvage & cuir en médaillon et pear & magnolia en huile , j’ai reçu 1 sapin baumier en médaillon et 2 huiles….je n’aime pas cette odeur. Super déçu… après tout ce temps d’attente,….qu’allez-vous faire pour remédier à la situation
