I bought the daughter heart necklace as a surprise for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. When she opened the box and read the message she got a bit emotional. The necklace is beautiful and the customer service team were very helpful when I had a question about delivery.

I had ordered from this place in February. Paid for express shipping, and did not receive my order untill March.
Tried calling and emailing with no response at all.
I will not be buying anything from this place and will be warning everyone not to in future.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery time of your order.
Your item was a custom-made piece, which requires additional production time before dispatch. During this period there was also a delay due to the Chinese New Year holiday, when many production facilities temporarily close. Unfortunately, this extended the processing time for some custom orders.
Please note that express shipping applies to the delivery time once the item has been dispatched, while custom-made items still require production time beforehand.
