Face Swap Card
I ordered a personalised face swap card. Although the face swap had failed to work on the initial card, the company were quick to look into the issue, compensate and confirm when it was safe to order a replacement. Whilst I had that initial problem, the service received to rectify was honestly second to none. The replacement card arrived without no issues and it was just perfect. I’ll certainly be using the company again, great choice of cards and amazing service. Thank you!

Top quality service and a delightful card.
I wanted a particularly personal card for a friend moving home.
I had the photos, I had the words to put in it but that's where my techy know how stopped but the personal touch from the company completely sorted everything for me.
The card was delightful, very well made and of excellent quality.

Excellent customer service
The card I ordered didn't arrive for my Mum's birthday even though I ordered in plenty of time. Turns out it was a problem with Royal Mail. Lush Lobster responded straight away to my email even though it was Friday evening. They bent over backwards to sort the problem out and I can't thank them enough. I'm now a very happy customer.

First time using this company but as soon as my order arrived. Delivery was really quick and the quality of the card was fantastic I chose a couple of photos for inside the card. Quality of the print was fantastic. I placed another order for another birthday card. Really pleased I found this company. Definitely recommend and will certainly be using it again. Thank you

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - when one item may not have been available within the advertised delivery window I was advised of this and offered alternative items that would come on time.
Nothing was too much trouble and when both the original item and the replacement arrived (both on time!) I offered to return one and was told to keep it! Would highly recommend
