Good quality - delivery slow - did not know it was from China when placing the order

Well after reading some of the reviews I had a certain amount of trepidation, but this was completely unfounded. The order took a fortnight to arrive and there were regular updates. When the fleece arrived i tried it on immediately, expecting the worst and was very pleasantly surprised. The fit was perfectly ok (i ordered a 3xl as i am an athletic british size 18). The material was lovely and snuggly, in fact better than a lot of cheap fleeces i have purchased, where the material was flimsy, this is substantial, seems durable and warm, thick and cosy. The colours and appearance are fairly similar to the picture, except i am no supermodel. I have never seen fleece with this texture before, it is stiffer than usual, almost like real wool. So I am very happy with the item and looking forward to wearing it in the cold welsh winters. I took a selfie with myself wearing it, but couldn't use it here.

I ordered a lightweight, pretty dress to take on holiday with me. I was a bit worried, having read some bad reviews, but took the risk and was pleasantly surprised. The order was dispatched very quickly although it took longer than expected to arrive, so I assume it was sent from outside the UK. Tracking was very good, however, and I was frequently updated throughout the transaction. The dress came well packaged and was more or less as I expected. It fitted reasonably well once I had taken it in a bit at the seams, and it looked nice on. I would say the sizing was slightly on the generous side - I do wish companies would make individual sizes rather than just "S", "M", "L" covering 2 sizes. I am an 8 and the "S" covers both 8 and 10, which is bound to be too big for the smaller size. However, it was well made and I am happy with it. I found the service to be very good in my experience. I have given only 4 stars because of the sizing issue.

I wanted to refresh the bathroom without changing too much and the towels made a bigger difference than I expected. They feel thick soft and comfortable after a shower and they also look much nicer folded on the shelf. The quality feels more premium than the towels I usually buy. I am already thinking about adding another set in a different size.

I was mainly browsing for towels but ended up spending quite a while looking through the rest of the collection too. The website was easy to move around and the product photos gave me a good idea of what to expect. Checkout was simple and the confirmation emails came through quickly. It felt like a very smooth shopping experience from start to finish.

I loved how soft the towels felt straight away. They have that plush hotel feel without being too heavy for everyday use.
