My wife absolutely loves this necklace! It’s beautiful and well made. I only gave it 4 stars because the inscription is offset.

The charm fell off within a couple of…

The charm fell off within a couple of hours. My advice to you as a buyer would be to examine your jewelry very closely when you receive it and close any open rings. As the seller ~ take your time and inspect your product carefully so you don't have more disappointed customers. I was very disappointed!!!!

This is the message I received from you:
"One of my daughters lost her charm within hours of putting it on. Is there a way I could buy a charm to replace it without buying the whole bracelet. We love the bracelets and she’s heartbroken over losing her’s"

Since we don't offer pendants without a bracelet, I offered you 30% off. I didn't want to you to pay for something you didn't need (bracelet).

You never stated that the pendant actually broke. You said your daughter lost it.

I would be more than happy to replace it, if you just asked me for it.

You clearly asked me about buying a charm which we don't offer and I offered you an alternative solution (30% off).

I'll go ahead and send you a replacement.

It was perfect

It was perfect! The only thing I wish was different was that the text on the back is a little bit too small for the size of the pendant. Other then that it was a great gift for my mom for Mother’s Day!

Over the moon!

My daughter and granddaughter have a tradition of saying"I love you to the moon and back.forever,and ever,and ever!" I had the necklace made up with my granddaughters moon date,and on the back,had printed,"for ever and ever,and ever." To say the least,her Mom was over the moon in love with it! Thanks for such a cool,and unique idea!
